Master bedroom with queen size bed. 2 bedrooms with two twin beds in each . 2 loft areas with 2 twin beds each. One loft is accessible via ladder perfect for children and young adults. 1 and 1/2 baths. Sleeps 12, no exceptions. Linens and towels not provided. Great room with dining area and fire place with pellet stove insert. Large upstairs family room with 2 sleeper sofas. TV in every room. Internet access with WiFi. Outdoor fire pit and BBQ. Laundry room with washer dryer. Lake rights to private dock and shared beach. Bike, fish, boat, kayak, jetski, waterski and tube in summer. Snowmobile, ice fish, ski and ice skate in winter. Tennis and basketball court on property. Dumpster for garbage at entrance to property.

This was the perfect weekend getaway.

Get away

The house was excellent lots of rooms spacious. I had my grandkids with me had to travel a little for some things for them to do. Beautiful area.

Fun at the Lake

The cabin was big enough to accommodate our family. The location was exclusive to enjoy the nightly bonfires but close enough proximity to the beach and lake. We truly enjoyed our vacation.

Our stay!

We went here with our family and friends and it was absolutely perfect. So quiet and relaxing close to all small diners and places to take adventures. The home was as exactly as described and listed. We plan on visiting every year with our kids and family!

Beautiful cabin on the lake

The cabin was beautiful and spacious with lots of sleeping room. The location was quiet and in very close proximity to the lake. Kathy was quick to respond to messages and make check in very easy. We hope to stay again!

Amazing house

It was the perfect house for the Snirt Run, there were 7 of us. We love the Brantingham area and definitely hope to be back really soon!

Relaxing week in large,cozy home!

Very nice large home for large group. Has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Access to lake was a short walk. Floating dock was fun for older kids, beach perfect for toddlers!

Great weekend away

We stayed over a long weekend for a short family get away. The house was very clean and our group of 12 had a great time . The property owner was available for questions by text and very helpful with our few questions. The foliage was beautiful and the lake was perfect for paddle boat. We would stay again for sure.

Relaxing stay and close to lake

We had such a nice time relaxing, playing pool and using the paddle boat with the kids. I can’t figure out what was the biggest hit, the lake, pool table or fire pit. I would love to come back next year.

Super Cute Large Cabin for Lake Group Summer Getaway

Super cute cabin. Amazing family room setup for large group. Seating for all for dinner and watching tv. Lake clean and beautiful for swimming and fishing. Facilitated linens for fee which was so helpful as was first leg of longer road trip! Beds a bit/hard but we made due. Missing some kitchen essentials. Loft room and upstairs rooms hard to get cool in warm weather. Overall excellent!

Loved the house! Great layout, decorations were cute; plenty of room for a family of six.

There was a lot of room to prep and cook in the kitchen and it was nice having the separate island to eat and play games. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the upstairs room with the pool table. Favorite hangout was around the fireplace as it was a chilly weekend. Great communication with the owners, including coming over to show us how to use the new pellet stove.

Great Getaway!

We had a great week at Woodside. Property was exactly as described. Great outside area for 5 kids (ages 2-10) to play. A 2 min walk to where we docked our boat for the week, and a 3 min walk to a small, shared beach-very small, but kids didn’t mind! We had great weather, and the cabin was a great place to relax w family after a day of tubing, boating, swimming, and kayaking!!! Thank you!

Great place to stay

We had a great week at Woodside!! Kathy was great to work with and very quick at responding to all questions and concerns. We had an issue with the house, very fixable, and she sent someone right over to help resolve it that day. We had 4 adults, a 15 year old and a 4 year old staying there. It was very comfortable sleeping arrangements and enough room for everyone with room to spare. Will definitely be back!

Outstanding

Our 2nd stay at this property and glad we did. Spacious, open floorplan downstairs, and great open rec room w pool table upstairs. Great layout for large families. Owners are very responsive. Not on the water, but very short walk with dock access. Outstanding sunrises on the dock. Looking forward to going back next year! Highly recommended.

Great House!

This was an absolutely wonderful house! The kids stayed upstairs in the loft, watched movies, played pool and camped out. The adults stayed downstairs hung out by the fire, played cards and had a blast! The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kathleen was attentive and answered texts immediately. I would 100% rent again!

Great Place

The cabin was large. Able to seat ten people for meals. The area was somewhat secluded. Easy walk to the private beach which was ideal for the younger kids. Roped off area and a raft. We enjoyed the fire pit several nights. TV in every bedroom and the family room on the second floor was huge. Worked perfect for us

Still great

Our third year staying here. Family already asking about next year. We love it there. Lots of room for a big family (we have 10 people total and space was no problem), clean, great layout, great room upstairs for the teens to hang out at TV and pool table, or at the bar for game night. Quick walk to the water with dock access, in a cove that is one of the quieter (and less windy) parts of the lake. The Melitos are great, responsive hosts. Best rental property in Brantingham, which is one of the gems of ADK park. Overall 10/10!
