Regarding your sudden departure, we sympathize with your medical emergency; however, our cancellation policies are in place to ensure fairness to all guests. We advised you to contact your travel insurance provider, as they are best equipped to handle such situations. Additionally, it’s important to note that our rules and guidelines are in place to protect all parties involved. Your actions and disregard for our policies make it difficult for us to recommend you to other hosts.
