Come enjoy this beautiful Cape, centrally located in a quintessential, family-oriented neighborhood in walking distance of restaurants & 12 minutes from downtown New Haven.
Upon entering you'll find a spacious living area with large windows, and ample seating. Also on this level are a large main bedroom with king size bed, & second bedroom with a queen size bed, spacious eat in kitchen & dining room. The finished lower level features a den, full bathroom & laundry. Backyard is large enough for kids or pets to run around and his nice seating area

Clean and just as described. Centrally located with a great place for breakfast really close (walking distance but we still drove). We had everything we needed for a quick weekend away!

This property is in a quiet neighborhood. It's an excellent value for the area. It was clean and the host was easy to communicate with. The beds are nice though firm.

The house was a little on the older side but was decorative and updated. The rooms were all good size and having two bathrooms were a bonus. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean and cozy. The pictures were accurate and what we expected. The host was excellent to our personal needs and went above and beyond and was very helpful. The host also responded in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Very nice property, very spacious and quiet. Host was accommodating and always available through the Vrbo app. House has everything you need to feel at home. Would stay there again.

This was my first time to New Haven/Yale. My son was attending a football camp and this was close to Yale. Location was great and made things easy for my son and I to easily get around. We both had the best sleep we have had in months our first night there. Host was very responsive and also very kind.

This house was great for our family when we came to visit Yale. Three of us, plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. About 15-20 minutes from Yale campus. Host communicated well throughout the whole process.

Great place

It was an awesome place to stay as we went out and explored. If ibwere to recommend anything it would be to gave a guest book and a binder with local attractions including restaurants and menus.

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting a college with my son. Was a great experience with several convenient businesses in the area. Owner was a delight and always attentive to our needs.

The area was nice and quiet. The home is a nice size very clean, and in good shape. The yard was huge. Definitely would stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights for my daughters college visit. Everything was nice from the condition of the house to the location. Would stay again.

Cozy and convenient.

Close to the Bowl and campus, this had everything we needed. As New Haven hotel prices get out of hand, a place like this was a real find. Check out Pistachio Coffee in Westville nearby!
