This house has been recently renovated with all new deck and first level flooring. Enjoy an easy 4-minute walk to a less crowded section of the beach. The house features a sunning deck off the master suite and a screened in section for sitting out in the evening. An indoor sun room allows for quiet lounging.

We loved our stay. It was close to the beach, close to restaurants and other beaches and perfect for our family and friends. The house was fully stocked which was so nice. Having beach equipment available was a huge plus and we loved being able to bring our dog along with us. The porches and outdoor shower were a bonus that everyone loved. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beach house was a very quick walk to the beach and felt very private/quiet with all of the trees. The house had everything we needed!

House has a beautiful location. It is in close proximity to all the food places, grocery stores, and the fishing pier. The beach is gorgeous and is indeed just a few minutes of walking away.

Nice place beautiful beach

The place was as advertised, new Appliances well equipped kitchen pretty much everything you need. Beach is just a short walk away beautiful and not crowded, we bring our own beach gear but the house was well stocked with chairs and some toys

Nice gem close to beach

On a quiet street with a short walk to beach. House was perfect for our stay. Loved the porches …especially swings. Beds were very comfortable. We will be back!

Beautiful and perfect

Our stay was great and the house is very comfortable!! We were able to get to the beach in a short walk. Our toddler was also very comfortable in this home! Multiple decks to hang out on as well. Want to revisit!

Great vacation home for families

The house is well maintained and has great outdoor spaces. The layout is of the house is good. The atmosphere is light and airy and there are desks available if you need to work remotely. A cart was available for use to go to the beach, which was a short walk away.

Great Location

Beautiful setting and comfortable house. Communication with property manager was a bit spotty and the house had not been cleaned properly upon arrival.

Amazing weekend getaway

Had a great time on Emerald Isle with daughter and her family at Jennifer's place. The location was great, very close to the beach and some shops and restaurants about a mile away. The house was everything we had hoped for being that this was our first trip to EI. Master bed was super comfy and the rest of the house was spacious for both families. Jennifer thanks again for hosting us.

Beach Thank You

Inside and outside spaces were great for gathering and meals, and there were lots of nooks and comfy chairs for reading. We liked the skylights and sunroom! We liked uncluttered spaces and wood floors.

Summer Reunion

We had a wonderful time! Everything was as described online if not better. So many places to relax in the house. We loved the screened in porch, the sunroom and another outdoor area with a porch swing. Great for being together or finding time alone. The beach was as close as described and not too crowded. Especially for the week of the 4th.

Nearly perfect!

I say nearly perfect b/c the only thing that could have made it any better would be ocean front….with that said it was literally a 4 minute walk to 2 different beach access points. Jennifer made it super easy to check in and out, check out list was a breeze! Awesome porches to hang out on, beach chairs and even a shibumi. Highly recommended staying here and we will again. Josh

Value by the beach is what I am calling this one. It amazes me that homes can present one way on VRBO, but then you show up and it's not what was presented. Spent the first two hours sweeping porches and carport. 1 maybe 2 usable pots or pans in the kitchen. Plastic kitchen utensils were white(supposed to be black) from neglect. The inside of fridge was the cleanest part of the whole house. 2-3 roach killings on the daily inside. Not palmetto bugs. Based upon the home defense by the front door it looks like maybe whoever cleaned the house gave it a good dose of insecticide.Outdoor shower had someone's belt and toiletries still in it upon arrival. Patio fan only one speed and it barely moved. Lots of lights not working inside/outside house. Only one outlet in carport works so be careful if charging golf cart. Car port and porches totally neglected. Grill very dirty. Only two seats worth sitting in were the swings. Couldn't barely see out of any of the windows. Screens broken, birds nests in windows. The smell of floor cleaner or whatever was used was extremely harsh smelling. Main bathroom faucet leaks from the handle. Main sanitary line leaks outside outdoor shower was a wreck but had the cleanest shower head. Definitely noisy as it's right off main road.You want to feel comfortable in a space and this was not comfortable. We left half way through our stay. Hoping this review helps someone else when making a decision or it informs owner of things needing improved.
