Inside, an adjoining door allows you to enjoy time together and still have a bit of privacy. With a complete remodel in 2023, the updates include new floors, fresh paint, modern cabinets, updated appliances, a new front deck, and more!

Bring along your well-behaved pup to enjoy the rare, fenced backyard! This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home (2BR/1BA on each side) is packed with conveniences, like Smart TVs in every bedroom and living area (just remember to log out of your apps!). The kitchens are fully stocked with large and small appliances—think air fryer, crock pot, coffee maker, blender, and more.

Relax on the new front deck with rocking chairs for sunsets, or kick back on the ocean-view deck’s sectional sofa (complete with a gate for added safety). The fenced backyard features a gas grill and a shaded porch hangout area, plus two enclosed hot/cold outdoor showers to rinse off after beach days.

This home is designed for creating memorable family moments! Smoking is not allowed. Typical stays run Sunday to Sunday, but flexible dates are available depending on the season. Linens (bedding, bath towels, and kitchen towels) are provided with beds made. Pets are welcome with a $250 non-refundable pet fee per dog (up to two dogs).
