Welcome to this perfect four season vacation retreat in the heart of of the White Mountains. Minutes to quaint downtown North Conway but tucked away on a private road right on the East Branch of the Saco River. It's the perfect house for families with plenty of room to bring a friend or even grandparents. Sit right on the expansive deck, sit back, grill and watch the river go by with an unobstructed view right across the street.

Recently updated family style retreat right in the river banks of the East Branch river.

There is a queen bedroom on the lower living area and a further queen bedroom upstairs with an additional, extra large, “bunk room” for the kids.

Perfect for two family’s or an extended family vacation with a lot of space for everyone to enjoy and make memories in.

A full bathroom on each level also makes this a super convenient home away from home.

The propane fireplace adds to the cabin feel and the hardwood floors bring character and charm to this beautiful cabin that brings you closer to nature and to those who you vacation with.

Listen to the sounds of the river as you relax or grill on our spacious deck. You could also take a dip in the river right in front of our house.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us.

Set right on the river on a private road containing only six houses, this beautiful riverfront home is the perfect place to lose yourself amongst nature and the sound of the river running by.

Free Parking for up to two cars only on site.

We have another cabin next door that can be rented at the same time for larger groups as well as another river front property within a three minute walk. Reach out to us to see if either of them are available during your requested dates.

This property is right on the river. The only thing that separates it from the house is a dirt road that leads to a dead end with three other houses.

There are a few stairs to access the house but one bedroom and bathroom are in the lower level of the house.

There is only space for two cars at the property as any additional cars would block the road. If the cabin next door is also rented at the same time there is additional parking available there.

We allow up to two well-behaved digs at the property but we ask that they remain on the lower level of the house as much as possible. Any excessive dog hair found on linens will incur an additional laundry charge.

There is a propane grill on the deck that is available from May 1st through Columbus Day weekend.

There is a small fire pit out front. The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The top bunk is for children only.
Quiet times between 10pm and 8am.
No parties or events.
Need to be 25 years and older to book.
Parking for 2 cars only.
