🌅 Prime Ocean Views: Picture this: coffee at sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset from your spacious private balcony (approx. 13' x 6'). It's the perfect spot to watch the waves roll in! You get that incredible ocean view right from the living room too!
🛋️ Open & Airy Living: Our open floor plan creates a fun, casual atmosphere, with the living room and kitchen joined by a counter/island. The living room is equipped with a sofa sleeper, lounge chair, TV with cable, and a small dining table.
👨🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen: You'll find everything you need to whip up a snack or a full meal! We provide all the pots, pans, utensils, and cooking equipment. Appliances include a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, a two-burner stovetop, and a convection oven.

The separate bedroom is a real bonus, offering a little privacy for everyone.
🛌 Sweet Dreams: The bedroom is furnished with two comfy queen beds and a second TV —perfect for the kids or another couple! No need to crowd everyone into the main living space. (Plus, with all that extra square footage, you could easily fit an air mattress if needed!)

🚗 Parking: Complimentary outdoor parking in front/south lots (1 vehicle limit, first-come).
