Group Getaway at Big Boulder Lake

Welcome to our 6 bedroom mountain retreat in the heart of Lake Harmony... Directly next to Big Boulder Lake and ski mountain, minutes from restaurants and bars with easy access to all that the Poconos has to offer!



Designed for families and groups, this home can comfortably sleep 16.



Relax on the private deck or cozy up by the fireplace. Entertain in the Game Room or Movie Loft! Cook for all with a fully-equipped kitchen and grill. High-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected & smart TVs in every room!



The Space:

This 6 bedroom home includes space for 16 to sleep comfortably with 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, and 2 Full Bunk Beds.



The whole group can relax and enjoy the living space with a cozy gas fireplace and huge dining table for 10. The upstairs loft area is perfect for a movie or XBOX game night with surround sound, while the downstairs game room is ready for play with air hockey and shuffleboard tables. 9 smart TVs throughout the house, including a TV in every bedroom, and ultra-fast Wi-Fi allow for entertainment for all.



Connect with nature on the private deck, which includes a gas grill. Speaking of cooking… the kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to make a feast for the whole group, including stainless steel appliances and an electric stovetop.



At the end of a fun day, escape to the privacy of the spacious bedrooms spread out across the 3 floors. The large Master Bedroom with King bed is on the main floor and includes a desk workstation and a bathroom with separate tub and standing shower. Upstairs, the 2 bedrooms have a ton of natural light... rooms include a Queen bed, and another with a Full bunk bed. And downstairs, 3 bedrooms include 1 King bed (with large desk & monitor), 1 Queen bed, and 1 Full bunk bed. The upstairs loft couch also includes a Full pullout bed.

Reservations in the summer come with access to the Boulder Lake Club (10 free passes, with ability to purchase add'l day passes for reasonable price).



The Neighborhood:

Direct access to all that the Poconos has to offer, including lakes, ski mountains, hiking, restaurants, waterpark resorts, Pocono Raceway, and so much more.



Big Boulder Lake Club: 1 mile from house, which includes sandy beach, heated pool, and kiddie pool. 10 passes provided to the lake club. Plenty of activities including tennis, volleyball, cornhole, ladder ball, basketball, bocce ball, and ping pong. Rent pontoon boats, canoes, kayaks, and peddle boats. Open Memorial Day to Mid-September.



Big Boulder Ski Mountain: 1/2 mile from house. Skiing and tubing fun for the whole family.



Jack Frost Ski Resort: <20 min drive from house



Split Rock Waterpark & Resort: 9 min drive from house



Pocono Raceway: 9 min drive from house



Local restaurants nearby, including Boulder View Tavern , 1 mile away.



Grocery stores within 10 min drive, as well as a Walmart Supercenter 25 min away.



Getting Around:

2 parking spots in front of the house, with overflow parking <50 yards away.



Other Things to Note:

LAKE CLUB (For Summer):

10 passes to Boulder Lake Club included with reservation, with ability to purchase more day or week passes if needed at a reasonable rate. Boulder Lake Club is open from memorial day through labor day. Boat rentals are available through the lake club, including pontoon boats, kayaks, paddle boats and more!



Please note that the main entrance to the home involves a flight of 9 stairs. You can also enter the downstairs floor from the backyard.



General Conduct: Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited. Open fires are not allowed on Laurelwoods property.



Parking: There are 2 designated parking spaces next to the unit. Overflow parking for 3 additional cars is available nearby as well.



Tennis Courts: Open from 9:00 AM to 1 hour before dusk. Children under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.



Furry friends are welcome! A $150 per pet fee applies for the entire stay



Minimum age to rent: 25+ (ID required upon booking)

Direct access to me (I'm the owner and property manager, so you don't have to deal with a management company!) through the Airbnb app. I'm here to help make the experience the best it can be, but can fade to the background to give you the privacy you need for a retreat away!
