Loft with terrace & AC in the heart of Paris

Welcome to the heart of Paris, in one of the trendiest districts of the capital: Montorgueil. From here, you can easily walk to discover all the monuments and the most famous districts of Paris (Notre Dame, Marais, Louvre, Seine, Department Stores, ...) or access to all the others thanks to the proximity of many metro lines and the main station of Châtelet les Halles (8 minutes walk).
The space
Our loft was recently completely renovated by a French architect. The ceiling height of 4 meters, its wooden beams and its terrace of 25 square meters make it a totally unique apartment in the heart of Paris.

Once the doors are pushed, you will immediately feel that the loft is a totally exceptional place. The very large windows let a lot of light into the apartment. We have combined the old, with a more contemporary decoration, in order to create a unique atmosphere, a real cocoon in one of the trendiest districts of the capital.

It has top-of-the-range equipment so that you have the most pleasant stay: soft lighting, sonos sound system, cable television with netflix and a very high speed WiFi connection.

The apartment has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need to cook, organize an aperitif, or simply to have a coffee, a master bedroom with a queen size bed. 160cm and a high-end mattress, a bathroom (2 Italian showers, 2 sinks, 1 toilet). There is a 2nd toilet in the entrance.

The building was built in 1451 for the attention of the Parisian bourgeoisie of the time. Everything was built accordingly, very wide door, huge windows, ceiling height of 4 meters, wooden floor, stone wall. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building with an unobstructed view on the terrace side. The small studio below the terrace does not have access to the latter. So you can enjoy it exclusively.

The terrace is an exceptionally rare haven of peace in the heart of Paris. It is a very peaceful place where you can have a coffee and watch the sun rise. You can also bask in the sun during the day or have a drink after a day strolling through the streets of the capital.

You are located between 10 and 20 minutes walk from the most popular tourist attractions (Marais, Louvre, Beaubourg ...) and 8 minutes walk from "Chatelet-les-Halles" the best served station in Paris. For those who love shopping, art, culture and the French art of living, our studio is perfect.
Other things to note
It's our primary residence and we are living inside the appartement when it's not booked so don't be surprised if you find our stuff in the cupboards.
