• Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early or late requests are rarely available; please book an additional night if flexibility is needed.

• Base nightly rate includes up to 3 guests. Each additional guest is $15 per night to help cover extra cleaning and laundry.

• Well-behaved pets are welcome with the $125 pet fee. Pets must be supervised outdoors and ordinary pets securely crated if left alone indoors. Please keep pets off beds and upholstered furniture and do not leave excessive pet hair.

• Guests are responsible for basic tasks such as trash removal during their stay.

• Rental agreement required for stays of 14 days or more.

• The home uses propane heat and hot water. Occasionally, a faint smell near the furnace or water heater may occur and is normal for propane systems.

• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your safety.

• This is a quiet, residential home intended for relaxing stays. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

• Pet-Friendly Stay

Well-behaved pets are welcome with the $125 pet fee. Please keep pets off beds and upholstered furniture and clean up all pet waste. Pets must not be left outdoors unattended, including in fenced areas. Ordinary pets may not be left unattended inside unless securely crated. Please do not leave excessive pet hair on furniture, bedding, or floors. Service and assistance animals are handled according to applicable law and the booking platform’s policy. Poop bags are provided.



• Guest-Managed Trash

This is a self-managed home. Guests are responsible for taking out trash as needed during their stay. A dumpster is located on the property for convenience.



• Propane Heat & Hot Water

The home uses propane for heating and hot water. Occasionally, a faint smell near the furnace or water heater may occur and is normal. These systems are safe and efficient. Please reach out if you have any concerns.



• Gas Grill

The BBQ grill is connected to the home’s gas line, so there is no propane tank to replace. Simply turn on the valve near the grill and start cooking.



• Air Purifiers

HEPA air purifiers are provided in the main living area and primary bedroom.



• Extra Guest Fee

The base nightly rate includes up to 3 guests. Each additional guest is $15 per night to help cover extra cleaning and laundry.
