Beautiful Townhome (2 BR and 2 bathrooms) has undergone extensive renovation inside and out. Sip coffee sitting on the balcony from either bedroom. Large mirrored closet in Master bedroom. Fully furnished, just move in. Your furry friends are welcome to stay !!

The parking was next to the lighted patio. The pool was located within half a block away. The communication with the Owner was exceptionable. Enjoyed our stay.

This is our 2nd time staying at Jim’s property. We love the updated unit, the cleanliness of the condo, the swimming pool, the patio area. The location is perfect too! The communication with Jim was top notch too. Highly recommend this unit! Thanks Jim!

Ann has been to my property twice and was an outstanding vacationer. She follows the property rules to a tee. She is a great communicator and if she needs anything always reaches out so I can accommodate the request. I would recommend Ann to be a guest at any property that she would want to stay. Thanks Ann for being my guest and such a great vacationer. I would welcome Ann and her family back anytime.

Exactly what the title says because this place was exactly what I needed for my 2 week stay. Great space and the private patio is fantastic.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. Property is close to beaches, Jet Blue stadium, shopping, lots of fishing. The pool is a plus. Would stay there again.

Amazing pet-friendly VRBO! Spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped for both humans and pets, complete with a fenced patio. The host was Great.

Just spent a month here. Well worth it.Jim, the host, was very responsive to any questions or issues.Location is great, easy drive to the entire Ft Myers area and the coast.Loved the fenced in patio area.The unit has been updated. 2 large, comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths.If you're looking for a reasonably affordable place that's close to much of SW FLA, this is a good choice.

Great stay

Great location and very nice house. We had some heavy rain and there was a leak in one bedroom, but the owner was very responsive and got repairs made quickly.

Helping my mother

Property served us well while we were in Fort myers helping my mother who lives at Brookdale College Parkway. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer.

Adorable court yard

Place was adorable, loved the private courtyard ! Well anppoinyed with everything you need. Neighborhood is central to everything- airport 15 mins, beaches 20 mins and Barbara Mann theater around the corner. Hosts were amazing! I actually felt a little sad leaving. Great get away sot. I stayed for 21 days and would have gladly stayed for another 21. Carolyne- Boston

Carolyne was a great communicator and very supportive for a couple of things I asked her to do. She followed the house rules to a tee and enjoyed her stay which was my goal ! I would rent to Carolyne again and think she would be a great vacationer for anyone.

Great rental!

Older townhouse complex but once you enter this townhome, you’d never know it. Wonderful remodel, everything was beautifully decorated, modern and seemed brand new. Very clean, has everything you’d need. Community is quiet and friendly. Pool is clean and good temperature. Grounds are well manicured. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. We’d book again next year but it’s already booked. Highly recommend!

Great

We were really impressed with the quiet location of the condo. The parking spaces are virtually at the front door, the swimming pool is less than half a block away, and the private patio with it's festival lights is a nice touch. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The mattress in the master bedroom was actually comfortable which is not always the case in VRBO units. The overall condo layout was exactly as described and shown in the listing and fit our vacations requirements exactly. Everything about this condo was perfect. However, the television provider system (I think is Google TV) is very confusing and certainly not user friendly. I am sure that future guests that are more tech-savvy, will not have the problems that we encountered. We would certainly return to this unit. Jim & Ruth H.
