This must be one of the nicest properties my family and I have rented. The house itself was so pretty and it was very clean. It exceeded my expectations. The kitchen was well equipped. Check -in and check-out were super simple. Communication with the host was excellent. I couldn't say enough good things about the house. I relaxed in the pool and the jacuzzi every single day. I loved the kitchen, which I used every day. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We'd love to stay here again when we are back in the area!

This house was fantastic. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to the beach. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities you could desire. The jewel of this property was the pool area. Private with areas to eat or relax. The heated pool and spa were fantastic. With family in the Ft Myers area I visit often and this is my favorite VRBO

Our stay at the home was great! The host was great at communicating and making sure all our needs were met. When we did have an issue with the pool ap, he was in the area and came by to insure we had the proper access. We very much enjoyed our stay.

I bought this house in 2015 for myself and lived there for 2 years before moving to the other side of FL. Before moving out I spent thousands of dollars and numerous hours working on the property for it to be an outstanding rental property with everything that you may need to feel right at home.
