Located in South Fort Myers on a quiet street, this modern home features a secluded heated pool and Jacuzzi, large screened-in lanai, open floorplan with fully appointed kitchen and two-car garage, all situated just 15 minutes from RSW airport in one of the most convenient areas of Southwest Florida.

Property was excellent in every way. Very clean and well stocked. Patio and pool were very nice and a great place to relax. Host was very attentive. Location is close to shopping and numerous restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

Pool was very nice. Hot tub was hot enough, and the app to control everything in the hot tub and pool was very convenient.The house was well equipped, including beach chairs and umbrellas.

Roomy with large pool and hot tub a treasure in ft myers

Enjoyed our stay. Located close to all shopping and easy access to 75 and 41. Privacy and large living both interior and exterior. Wish we Could have stayed longer.

Great place to rent

The place was awesome and the location was good and the neighbors were very friendly. Alex responded back very quickly if we needed anything. I cant wait to stay again next year.

This must be one of the nicest properties my family and I have rented. The house itself was so pretty and it was very clean. It exceeded my expectations. The kitchen was well equipped. Check -in and check-out were super simple. Communication with the host was excellent. I couldn't say enough good things about the house. I relaxed in the pool and the jacuzzi every single day. I loved the kitchen, which I used every day. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We'd love to stay here again when we are back in the area!

Great Rental

Great place to stay if you want to be in FT Meyers .The airport is within 10 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Alex is great to work with.

Best place for family time!

This home is gorgeous and well put together. Super nice pool. Everything is top notch stayed here many times and I would highly recommend it! Just book it we do and it's always terrific!!!

This house was fantastic. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to the beach. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities you could desire. The jewel of this property was the pool area. Private with areas to eat or relax. The heated pool and spa were fantastic. With family in the Ft Myers area I visit often and this is my favorite VRBO

Amazing property

The house was amazing. Convenient location for dining and shopping. The house and furnishings were impeccable. The pool and spa area were the crowned jewel of the property. We will definitely be returning.

This property was better than we ever expected. It was clean, and more spacious than the pictures give it credit for. The host was very easy to and quick to communicate with. There were also a lot of extra amenities avaliable that werent list! Wonderful stay!

Spring Break 24!

Our stay at the home was great! The host was great at communicating and making sure all our needs were met. When we did have an issue with the pool ap, he was in the area and came by to insure we had the proper access. We very much enjoyed our stay.
