Hi Misti, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. This is a much-loved family home, and we take its care personally. We were there shortly before your arrival doing upkeep, and I personally washed the sheets and made the beds. For that reason, your comments about cleanliness were particularly concerning and unexpected. We wish we’d known about these concerns during your stay so we could have helped troubleshoot the appliances and remotes and addressed any cleaning concerns promptly. Although we used the coffee maker without trouble before your arrival and had recently replaced the remote batteries, we will check the equipment again, along with the dishwasher.. We care deeply about providing a comfortable, welcoming stay, and we’ll use your feedback to review the areas you’ve raised. We hope your son’s wedding was beautiful and that you made wonderful memories together.
