Mid-Century Modern - 3600sqft - 1 Mile to CBD Historic Surroundings, Walk to CBD

This AMAZING property was built in the 1950's in the Old Dauphin Way Historic District. The private brick driveway has parking for 6-7 cars. The property is a 3 bed, 3 bath, 3600 square foot suite. This is the perfect space for families, large groups and even those traveling for work. Our beautiful home is equipped with all the modern amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Highspeed WiFi, USB charging outlets and large comfortable furniture are just a few thing you will enjoy with each stay. When the weather is nice there is a back patio setup with tables and chairs and a Gas BBQ Grill. There is also a secondary patio upstairs with a wraparound portch, seating, gas fire pit and a large screen TV. You'll fall asleep soundly after a full day of activities in our uber comfortable beds.The interior has been beautifully renovated and contains all the modern amenities for families, large groups and even those traveling for work.

We are conveniently located walking distance to Starbucks, a grocery store and Downtown. You will just love the beautiful historic nature of our home and neighborhood.

Our stay at The Nest was fantastic. The communication with our hosts was terrific from the initial reservation all the way through our stay. The kitchen was so well equipped that it felt like being in your kitchen. This will be the only place we'll stay if we're back in Mobile.

Wonderful place and host

Very very clean and nicely appointed home. Had everything we needed plus more. Great location and good parking. The host was very responsive and very nice. Five stars all around.

Perfect place for family

We had an incredible stay here being in town for a family wedding. It had everything we could possibly need. The entire house is beautiful and all the amenities high end. We absolutely loved the second floor deck with the tv and the fire pit. So relaxing!

Great Stay

Had All the amenities we needed and was extremely comfortable. Very well accessorized kitchen for cooking and the outdoor grill was great - a little dirty but cleaned up nicely. The location was great - but government street was a little noisy but did not affect my sleep. Beds were awesome!

Excellent Place to Stay!

The Nest was the perfect spot for us to work remotely and relax while our daughter attended a conference in Mobile. The location is great - close to downtown and many restaurants. The home is very spacious and equipped for everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and the very comfortable beds. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Will stay here again if we are back in the area.

Beautiful

The layout of this property is amazing...clean and well equipped. It was the perfect set up for a girls' reunion weekend and all who saw it loved it. Conveniently located near a grocery store, starbucks, and cute eateries.

Quaint and cozy perfectly appointed home.

Easy stroll into the great spots of Mobile. Perfect historic district location. The home is comfortably decorated and has everything you need to set up house for your stay. The managers are responsive and accommodating. Would put this place top of the list for any stay in Mobile.
