This place is gorgeous and super clean!! From the moment we went inside, we were impressed! The kitchen has an open concept which allows you to watch TV or talk to other family members while cooking. This place has everything you need. The bathrooms are very nice. Kenneth responds to you so quickly! I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Augustine. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to its main attractions.

Excellent location ! We were able to see all the sights in St. Augustine by walking to them! The house was immaculate and very nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again when visiting St. Augustine. Host was responsive within minutes to any questions we had. Awesome stay!

Very clean and host was very responsive. Locatio us very walkable to most of the attractions and right on the hop on hop off route. We would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting St Augustine.

Property was as listed and we were able to walk and trolley everywhere. Many restaurants near by for breakfast lunch and dinner. We packed a lot into a short stay and will definitely be back. The home has everything you need and space to play board games in the evenings.

This house was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable for 2 couples. Trolley and coffee/breakfast shop is close by. We had a great time in St. Augustine and even got to extend our stay for a night without any issues, which was awesome - thanks Kenneth!! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, an easy walk to Flagler College, St. George Street, the waterfront, and the surrounding streets filled with shops and restaurants. The home is brand new, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated.

The accommodations were excellent. Very clean. Plenty of room for 4 people. Beds comfortable. Very quiet area. Location was across the street from hop on hop off trolley which is a great way to get history about area and get around without driving. Host was great about responding to any questions/concerns. Would definitely rebook here if ever in area.
