The property was perfect. The house was exactly as advertised, the company was responsive to a few minor problems, the location allowed us to walk everywhere in the neighborhood and to the downtown. All appliances were provided and in good working condition. Thank you.

Absolutely loved this place. Super nice, and also had bikes, coolers and chairs for beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Loved Saint Augustine on our first visit

Birthday Celebration

We had a great stay at the property for our sons 21st birthday celebration. The house was very comfortable and kitchen well appointed. The house was perfect for our stay in St. Augustine. The beach chairs, towels and bikes were a bonus.

We needed a place for a large family and dog, this space was spacious! The house has lots of windows, so the space is bright! The downstairs living space was large, great table!

Wedding weekend

Very nice house and location. Super smooth experience. Thank you for opening up your home to us. Our son’s wedding weekend was amazing. Having a house was a million times better than a hotel.

Great home!

This home was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It is walking distance to town (for adults, not for young children). It’s really more of a 10-15 minute walk to St. George for a preteen. Check in was easy, and communication was great. Only a short drive to the beach (we preferred Vilano beach). The neighborhood is okay.

Walk/Bike to the best attractions

This property/location was perfect. We wanted to explore old town St. Augustine and we did. So many options for tours, food, etc. Parked car in drive and didn't touch again until going to the airport. Loved the more recent history lessons learned about Lincolnville.
