Get the ultimate in luxury combining the space and privacy of a traditional beach villa with the typical amenities of a condominium! Large, roomy 2400 square foot 4 bedroom,4 bath home designed to accommodate the large family comfortably. All just steps away from beautiful Surfside Beach. Our home has a cathedral ceiling in the great room and 9' ceilings elsewhere. There are three porches to choose from when a late afternoon nap calls. The exterior features lavish landscaping and parking under the house as well as additional parking beside the shared 18'x42' pool. The home also has high speed internet and a BBQ grill for those nights when you just want to stay at home and relax!

Just south of the sometimes chaotic Myrtle Beach area, Surfside Beach offers a slightly slower pace. Here you will find great restaurants, a fantastic fishing pier, a water park, a live theater, and all the sand and water you can imagine. There are no high rises here! Surfside Beach is the Grand Strand's favorite family beach!

Great house for any gathering

Great location, owners and house. Lisa was easily accessible and answered all questions. Great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Walking distance to beach. Great stay!

BEST FAMILY VACATION

My family and I have visited Myrtle Beach for over 15 years, and this year we decided to visit Surfside Beach. BEST DECISION EVER. Lisa was absolutely amazing...so polite, genuine, and professional. We loved the house and the location and we plan on making this our new vacation home for years to come!!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We rented the house with two other families and it was absolutely perfect for all 11 of us. We were happy about the cleanliness and property was exactly as described! The location was perfect as well. The owner Lisa was extremely helpful and took very good care of any of our needs. We were super happy with this choice! I hightly reccommend it to anyone!

Great stay in Surfside

This property was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, quiet, and relaxing. You could not beat the location! Close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and a few stores. Anything you had to drive to was still close. The kitchen was well-stocked; there is pretty much everything you need to cook at the house. Communication with Ms. Lisa was great and check-in/access to the house was easy. Ms. Lisa was quick to answer any questions we had. We greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next stay.

Pretty up and down beach house

Nice large property fit our four teens really well. We really like the screened in porch with beach view! It would be even better with some cushions for the chairs out there. It was an easy super close walk to the ocean! We would have loved to have some beach chairs as well but it was a nice not overly crowded beach. Our kids liked the communal pool too!
