U31 was built in 2010 at the end of a quiet street not far from the main entrance. If you enjoy rocking on a nice shaded porch with a hot cup of coffee on a cool summer morning then you will love U31 Crane.

Some of these upgrades include solid wood doors and cabinets, upgraded nickel plated faucets, wall mounted televisions in all bedrooms and den, and hardwood floors throughout the house.
