One of the best layouts of any vacation rental I have rented. Very well stocked and comfortable. Very short stroll to the beach.

Great place to relax and watch some wknd football. We’ve stayed in this condo before, and are never disappointed. Thanks to the hosts for great communication and easy check in.

Our time at “Our Happy Place” was very enjoyable. The check in process was very simple, the reserved parking was wonderful to have. The condo was very clean and organized with a beautiful view of the ocean. It is just a short walk to the beach. The main strip in town is just walking distance from the condo too. We would stay here again

A really great place to stay right by the beach. Had everything we needed including bidets on the toilets which may sound weird to be so thankful for, but as a family with bidets on all our toilets we were so grateful to not have to go without. It was a very pleasant experience.

The Happy Place was excellent and very close to the beach. They have all the amenities you could want to enjoy a day at the beach: Wagon, beach chairs, kite and toys and games for the whole family. The underground parking is very nice and elevator was great. The place is less than a block from all the shops and restaurants. To use the shower in the spare bathroom, with the water running, just pull down the ring on the underside of the water spout. There is air conditioning and many fans throughout the place. I would recommend it to anyone.

Beach view and easy walking access

Lovely condo in quiet building. Tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Made for a relaxing and enjoyable long weekend.

Very cozy and tidy. Great view and convenient location. They have everything you could need. The walls seem to be pretty sound proof also. It was wonderful!

Nice property

Easy to get to. Right off the main road thru town. Property was clean. Just a block from the beach which was a very easy walk.

Great place in Rockaway Beach

We’ve stayed at this property before, but not necessarily this unit. Everything was very clean, organize, and welcoming. We especially liked the added touch of firewood for the beach, a beach wagon with fat wheels for dragging down towels and such, even beach chairs and s’mores sticks. Those kinds of amenities really make for a great trip to the Oregon coast. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great visit.

Nice place

Very nice place, really enjoyed my stay. Clean and nice furnishings. Place was a little smaller than it appeared in the listing, but perfectly adequate and comfortable. And like I said, new and nice furnishings. The bedrooms do not have any exterior windows, which wasn’t clear from the listing pictures. Other than that nice place though, and couldn’t be more conveniently located to Rockaway beach, stores, everything.

Nice time at the beach.

The unit was veryclean and nicely furnished. When we arrived, the unit was quite hot and very stuffy. There was no central HVAC. Additionally, there are no windows to the outside in either bedroom. There were fans provided but it took quite some time to getget the unit cooled

Just a great visit again. We stayed in this property a year ago over the same Fourth of July holiday, and had a wonderful visit. The hosts are excellent at communicating, the condo is very clean, organized, nicely decorated, with all the home and kitchen amenities and what you’d expect. Did some crabbing with our boat, watched a fun parade and excellent fireworks show, ate lots of ice cream, and shopped the shops. We’ve already booked your place again for next year. Thanks for the memories.
