Woodward Home!

Lovely, quiet neighborhood in perfect location for us visiting kinfolk! Roseanne was terrific & “instantly” responsive to all our questions & concerns. Will definitely stay again.❤️❤️

Rose & Betty were the perfect house guests. They treated my home as if it were their own. Without hesitation, I would welcome them back with open arms.

A Hidden Gem

Everything was perfect. The house was as advertised. The host was very easy to contact and very attentive to any questions we had. This was differently a 5 out of 5. Can't wait to stay again.

Just right

Location was perfect for our trip - about 10 mins from Hudson beach. Shopping and restaurants within easy reach. Safe neighborhood to walk. This rental house is very clean and neat, and the private screened back porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening meals! Rental even included the garage door opener for parking our car inside. Rose is friendly, thoughtful, and communicates quickly. As a fellow fly fisherman, I really loved the decor!

Safe residential neighborhood

This is a very well kept clean home in a quiet residential community with many trees and large lots. We felt very safe here. Well stocked kitchen. Tastefully decorated. Parking in the driveway or garage - very convenient. Close to many restaurants and beaches. Forty minutes from Tampa airport. We had never experienced TV casting but once we figured it out everything worked fine. We would stay here again.

Beautiful and very clean home

Very nice and clean place, tastefully decorated, has everything you need, owner very nice, generous, and responsive. Really big community pool 10 minute walk. Too far from a good swimming beach - at least 45 minutes drive. Close by beaches too shallow, great for toddlers, but bigger kids or adults cannot swim.

Comfy cul de Sac and then some

We had a wonderful stay in this very clean, neat and well appointed home. It had everything we could want to make a very pleasant stay. The kitchen was very well equipped which enabled us to maintain our predominately Mediterranean diet. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the presence of sidewalks encouraged many walks. We would have returned in 2020 if the home were available. Rose was very easy to work with and very responsive to emails. Thank you!

Not a vacation home

The pool was closed for more than half our visit, Including record breaking heat days. The house is tired, the furniture needs to be replaced especially the beds. Drinkers live in the house next-door with the German Shepherd and a boxer that like to jump the fence and come at you. No place to sit in the sun. No barbecue grill. Owner is Attempting to keep our security deposit claiming that we smoked in the house. Avoid this one it’s been nothing but hassles. I wish we stayed in a hotel.

This is an unfortunate review by a guest who did not respect my home and did not receive the return of their security deposit. When I walked into my home two hours after this guest left, I discovered an odd odor. While trying to determine the odd smell, I asked them if the smell was smoke, which was denied. It was discovered that the guest's bird was allowed to leave its cage and it pooped ALL over my home. The bird created a big mess, it was gross. The community pool was closed for two weeks at the end of February as it needed a part and the board of health would not permit anyone to enter. The association tries its very best to address issues as soon as possible. On a side note, I purchased a new queen mattress for the third bedroom prior to their arrival as they mentioned they were going to have an elderly parent staying with them for a small amount of time. I also installed a phone line for the elderly parent as they were hard of hearing. My listing states no barbecue grill. I also wished they stayed in a hotel.

We loved the house and yard. It was a short drive to pool, which was great.Rose was a perfect host and was available for questions and suggestions on what to do.

Great house in a great location!

We had a great week in Hudson at Rose’s house. The house is very inviting and comfy, lots of little personal touches that made it feel like home. Very comfortable beds and quiet area made for great sleeping and relaxing. We visited Clearwater beach, Dunedin and the local Hudson beach. If you are looking for a quiet, laid back and relaxing vacation or you want more excursions and the night life, Rose’s house is a great choice. Rose was great to work with which made the rental process very easy. We would definitely go back!
