Weekend retreat

Perfect location, right across from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved the outside porch and how beachy/airy the cottage was. Our host was very attentive and helpful with check in. We can’t wait to stay again!

Awesome location!

Yellow Bird is directly across from a beautiful beach and a 2 min walk from the harbor. The perfect location for an active family. The sleeping arrangements were great for our kids and the kitchen was well stocked. The large front porch is perfect for dining and hang out. Having access to a private dock for our boat was an excellent feature we weren’t expecting. We will stay here again.

In town getaway

Newly remodeled. Nice quality furniture and ample kitchen and bath furnishings. Location was great to enjoy the harbor and Atlantic Ocean as well as being in the middle of the town

Fantastic location, cute cottage, nice upgraded appointments

Charming older home restored to modern standards. Bright and clean interior, fun porch and deck with grill and outdoor shower.Easy access across the street to the beach. Down the street from the grocery and restaurants, couldn't be ask for more!

The Yellow Bird is awesome. Michael, the owner, was very accommodating and answered any questions we had promptly. We had a great stay and will recommend this property to others.

Perfect cottage in Hope Town for Small Family

We loved it! It’s a little difficult to get luggage there if going during the off season and no one is there to greet you as rental golf carts aren’t allowed in the village, but we figured it out. It’s a short walk to the golf cart rental area once you get your stuff to the house and want to go places after that. The house is adorable and perfect. It’s the quintessential Hope Town cottage. We would stay again!

Perfection

All of my bridesmaids stayed here for our wedding and we used this as our girls getting ready area. We absolutely loved it. The air conditioning was so cold (super rare to find on island). Perfect location to the ferry landing. The host was super accommodating and very communicative. We loved our stay there so much. Highly recommend!! I will say the rooms upstairs were laid out differently than we thought they were going to be. The bigger room with the king bed is right when you walk up the stairs and then the closed off rooms were beyond that room. So anyone staying in the twin beds would have to walk through the big room to get downstairs to the bathroom.
