This property was wonderful! A perfect tranquil setting in close proximity to Red Rocks and the cute town of Evergreen! The cabin was clean, organized and included the perfect amount of amenities. We loved watching the deer and small fox roam the property from the outdoor balcony. Would definitely book again!

We found some chips on the floor under the curtains in the living room but other than that our stay could not have been better. It was quiet, we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view was amazing. We saw deer, elk, chipmunks, owl, and squirrels. Washer and dryer worked well, hot tub was very nice, TV programming was up to date with Roku device. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Clean, unique layout, perfect for a solo couple going to Red Rocks. The host was very communicative, had all the information we needed for our stay complied well and presented in an easy to understand message. Evergreen is a wonderful place, Idaho Springs is close by an also worth a visit. Will stay again when we come back to Red Rocks.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 6-night stay at this Evergreen oasis! It was cozy while also feeling open and airy, with great natural light and large windows for beautiful Mountain View’s and wildlife sightings. It has everything you need and is well designed. Airyn and Landon were responsive and provided easy check-in and check-out instructions. It was a great home base for what was an epic Colorado adventure!

The location was very quiet and peaceful, while still being close enough to town. The host was quick to respond to all questions we had. A wonderful getaway for us.

The property was everything it was described as and more. We were greeted by a beautiful large buck and a bunch of birds. Then when we entered the unit there were complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine. The overall property was beautiful.

Writing Weekend

Wonderful place to stay! It snowed and the Elk came by. It had everything I needed. I accomplished so much on my writing project. But most important the water pressure in the shower was amazing:)

Exceeded all expectations!!

This is a beautiful remote cottage…perfect for two people! We were looking for a secluded retreat spot and this absolutely filled the bill. The hosts were very attentive but because everything was perfect we never needed their attention. We will use it again!

Wonderful quiet spot away from highways -- you can hear roosters across the valley, crows yelling at each other, jays building nests. We saw mule deer on the way in, and an elk feeding down the hill one evening. Very useable layout, comfy furnishings, great kitchen. One note, there is no ground-level entrance; the apartment is up the stairs from the garage.

Quiet solitude but not too far from town!

Great getaway home for a couple, located in a quiet, spacious neighborhood about 10 minutes drive from downtown Evergreen. The hosts were very communicative and accommodated an early check in so we could get the long weekend started. Nice hikes and fun restaurants nearby: our faves were Lariat Lodge for lunch/dinner and brews; Wildflower cafe and Muddy Buck for breakfast or a great cup of Joe. The Panorama Point Trail should not be missed for a moderate hike with a very rewarding view! House had bottles of wine and beers in the fridge ready to celebrate the getaway. Good location for staying in or getting outside. Enjoyed our visit and would stay here again!

We absolutely loved this quiet cabin in the woods of Evergreen, CO! The cabin itself is modern and clean. We loved the high ceilings and the abundance of windows to take in the gorgeous view of the surrounding hillside. The king-sized bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could need - including a welcome treat from the owners :-). We spent a ton of time on the balcony overlooking the property. We even saw elk not 100 feet from the cabin on our first night! The owners were communicative, but not too pushy. Check in and check out instructions were easy, and the app for the property was a nice touch and handy tool for having all the logistics we needed in one place. Couldn't be happier with our stay, and we will absolutely aim to visit again.

Amazing location

We were looking for a place in the mountains close to Denver for our fall vacation and came across the listing for this cabin. The pictures-while beautiful-didn’t do do the location justice. The check in went seamlessly-we found a few surprises left for us by the hosts as a welcome. The home was beautiful with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The views were amazing! While there, we had a small herd of deer that visited most days-grazing on the property. On our drive into downtown Evergreen we also saw elk that hang out in the same yard every day-and one night we even saw a black bear on the way back from dinner. The house is located close to several hiking trails-we also hiked on the property itself. The drive into Denver took about 40 min-though it didn’t seem that long with the gorgeous scenery. There were several small restaurants located just 5 to 10 min from the house and all had great food and friendly service-try the green pork chili-they all seem to have their own version and they were all great. Check out was easy-we’ve stayed places that required quite a bit of work at check out-what they asked was very simple and quick. I also liked the fact that we were able to leave unopened nonperishables for the next renters-we always seem to buy too much and I hate having to toss it. The hosts kept in contact-making sure everything was running smoothly. If we visit Colorado again, we’ll definitely check to see if the cabin is available.
