Beautiful house with all the amenities in a beautiful location! Pool and outdoor dock were amazing! Super friendly and responsive hosts. 💯 would recommend!

Beautiful home, close proximity to everything

The house is beautiful. It has a nice layout. The owners are quick to respond.Love that it’s just a short drive to anything that you could possibly need.Quiet neighborhood.

Outstanding

We stayed 33 days at this picture perfect dream home. Pat and Marla were great hosts and replied to any concerns or questions immediately. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is in a very safe neighborhood.

Great property in Punta Gorda

We could not recommend this property any higher. It was spectacular, much better than we ever expected. Anytime we had a question we got an answer right away. This place is great for a large family gathering.

Perfect home away from home

Dear Marla and Pat, I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for such a lovely stay at your VRBO property. The accommodations were beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, providing us with a perfect home away from home. Everything was well stocked which provided us with all the essentials. Punta Gorda Canal Home

We loved staying at this property. Everything about our stay was flawless. Our host was excellent and always available. Thank you! The property was updated, tastefully decorated, and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had so much fun in the saltwater pool. Thank you for making our vacation spectacular. Truly Excellent!

An absolute piece of the good life.

An amazing home & property, very well decorated, and no expenses were spared when it came to ensuring the guest was cared for. Between the spacious / comfortable rooms, walk in showers, heated saltwater pool and walks through the stunning neighborhood we really didn't want to leave. Owner / Manager Pat was very responsive and helpful as be we needed. We travel often, always using Short Term Rentals and this one takes the cake thus far! Thanks guys, we'll be back 👍 - The Knowldens

Just Amazing!

The house is immaculate! Very clean.. The house the pool was perfect! Love sitting by the pool looking out on the water, saw some manatees in the channel! The boys enjoyed movies in the evening with a very impressive TV and sound system!😊 Very close to grocery store, shops, bait shop That was very nice.. We don’t miss church on Sundays, and there was a lot of options there too! We enjoy the fishing!! so close to the ocean less than five minutes through the channel and you are out on the ocean! I would recommend this place to anyone..

The owners Patrick & Marla are out of state and had no idea the condition of this expensive house. We had rotten egg smell throughout the house for the first 2 days and no hot water. The plumber was underfoot fixing everything on Monday & Tuesday so he had to turn the water off. we arrived on Saturday. We had even thought of getting a motel the first night the smell was overwhelming but with 10 people and 2 toddlers that was not going to happen. The owner acted like it wasn't their fault that this had happened. They hadn't this house for 3 months and didnt drain the water tank and expected a non existing neighbor to do it. The garbage was already full when we arrived, the dishwasher didn't clean, the kitchen faucet handle didn't work properly and the pool was at 64 degrees!! It took 2 days to warm up and it was supposed to be at 84 degrees when we arrived. The owners did not care and did not want to compensate for those miserble 2 days. We traveled as a family 3,000 miles to a nightmare. I have screenshots of our conversations with the owner.
