The host was quick to respond to questions. House was family friendly. Lots of space for large family to gather and gather plenty of amenities to accommodate everyone. Anything we were looking for was there, ie: dishes, coffee, pool towels, extra pillows, cutlery, etc… loved the shuffle board, heated pool, huge TVs and oversized couch.

Perfect getaway

We had a bachelorette party stay here and it was perfect. It accommodated our group of 11 perfectly and Ken and Marianna were wonderful hosts! Absolutely will be recommending this to all of our friends.

Beautiful Punta Gorda Property

We loved our stay in Punta Gorda at the Canal Waterfront home. It exceeded our expectations with so many fun things for our family to do! If you have tweens or teens this home is a must stay! Your kids will love all the activities and you'll love how gorgeous the house is. Clean & beautiful! We've already recommended it to friends & family!

Ken proactively communicated with us during the entire visit. The house and property are beautiful and very comfortable. The bathrooms were pristine and luxurious. We appreciate you sharing your space with us! We'd re-book if/when we revisit the area.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing, if I could give it 10 stars, I absolutely would! This house truly had everything we could have needed and more. There was something for every age in our family to enjoy. We stayed for an extended family vacation with kids ranging from newborn to 10 years old. The house was incredibly well stocked with toys for the little ones and board games that both kids and adults could enjoy. There were also bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, pool floaties, life jackets, and a sand area-something for everyone! The outdoor space was perfect. We spent many days relaxing in the pool and enjoying evenings around the gas fire. The house itself was very clean and thoughtfully organized. Every switch was labeled (which was genius and so helpful!), and the host was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and all of its wonderful amenities!

Great House.

The house was as described, and the set up was great. We enjoyed all the games and shuffleboard table. We also enjoyed the pool and the dock. A couple of things I would add that would have made it even better is having a TV on the covered lanai. I was kind of surprised this was not the case. I’d also add a few more lounge chairs for sunbathing. Other than that all was great, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the home and neighborhood! Beautiful!
