Great location close to the beach. Great functioning layout for a large family. Highly recommend adding a golf cart rental for access to the amenities (pool, sunset, extra beach access, downtown). Great memories thank you!

Excellent home for a wonderful week with our family! The location is awesome with a boardwalk right next to the house that leads directly onto Wind Mark Beach. The house is fully stocked and decorated beautifully. It has plenty of room as there were 11 of us and everyone had plenty of space. There are great walking trails and the pool is resort quality.We had a couple of minor problems that were immediately addressed, and someone sent out to take care of. Communication was great! We highly recommend this home as this was our second year to stay here. *One note: Wind Mark Beach is actually a bay so it’s a great place to sit and see the beautiful sunrise/sunset, gather seashells and do light wading, but not recommended for swimming. There are plenty of nearby beaches for that!

The property was great! We were concerned with parking due to one of the reviews. However, there were extra parking spaces throughout the neighborhood. We loved the area and ao did the teens!

The views and the house were just right for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the neighborhood. The bay was nice to go down at night and we typically went to Mexico Beach for our beach days. We loved the town of Port Saint Joe and the close proximity to everything. It was a wonderful stay.

A beautiful home very nicely appointed. Great taste in furniture & floor plan perfect to 2 couples. Could easily have had 3 couples. Guests should be informed that if having trouble with keypad push or pull door. Then it works. Called the hosts & could not get a person. Had to leave a message. Other 2 sets of French doors would not lock but technician was sent out quickly. Upstairs master bedroom Love bugs found a way in even after technician fixed the doors. Adding one or two fly swatters would have been helpful. The Shark portable vacuum was used a lot because of the influx of Love bugs. A fabulous purchase for guests. The kitchen had only 2 hand towels. A big beautiful kitchen needs to have at leave 10 kitchen towels. A medium size cooking pot would be a nice addition. They had lots of frying pans, a large pot & a very small pot.

Labor Day Weekend

This was the perfect rental for our family of 11. It was a beautiful, spacious home that was a close walk to the beach. The kitchen was our favorite!

Great house great location, only issue is you have limited parking area. For a house advertised to sleep 12 it is hard to accommodate that many people with only two vehicles. Other than limited parking everything else was 1st class. Had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful family vacation week at Sea Joy. The house was perfect for three families, including six adults and four children for our annual multi-trip. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of room to spread out in this house. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We absolutely loved the back porch and balcony that overlooks the beach. The sunsets were magnificent! We contacted the management company for a problem with the code on the door and they responded immediately. When we arrived, we were a little disappointed that the beach behind the house was not what we expected. There was a lot of seaweed and it has more of a lake feel. However, that was quickly overcome with the beautiful sunsets, the long walks in the neighborhood, the gorgeous pool on site, and the short drive to the beaches of Port Saint Joe or Mexico Beach. The beaches there were beautiful! We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return again.

Our experience was 5 Star! We rented 2 golf carts and were able to take our group of 10 to visit other relatives in the complex. We rarely moved our cars! WE plan to rent again next summer!
