This luxury ocean-view villa is the perfect place for a family beach vacation. The home is 600' to the Gulf with piers and beach access. There is a heated community pool approx. 1000 feet away. For a larger beach - Windmark Beach is short 5 min walk which has public restrooms.

This villa was designed for entertaining with 3 large decks (wait till you see the sunset from the top deck), loungers, open floor plan, 2 living rooms, 2 master suites, double bunk room for kids, and a kitchen complete with a gas stove makes family meals a breeze!

On the ground level we have a 6 seater hot-tub, full-size shuffleboard court (resort style!) and fire-pit! We include enough wood for your stay and even provide a delicious treat - graham crackers, marshmallows stuffed with chocolate, and disposable roasting sticks - who doesn't love a good s'mores!

WindMark public beach is a short 5 min walk if you desire a larger beach. A larger community pool is in the neighboring WindMark and is about a 15 min walk. We have 6 bikes available for use including a chariot trailer for towing small children. The bikes are great to use on the over 2.5 miles of biking trails. WindMark is home to Restaurants (Bruno's Pizza; The View on Old 98), The Mercantile Mill (coffee, bar, spirits, package store), Fit as a Fiddle gym (day passes available).

The house is beautiful and perfect for a large family gathering. The multiple verandahs and second living room gave everyone places to gather —and escape for a moment of quiet. :-) All the amenities (pool access, bikes, beach access) met our needs. The kitchen had virtually EVERYTHING we needed for a variety of meals/baking. Our hosts were personable and easy to communicate with. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for our family holiday.

A really wonderful stay in Windmark Beach, the house is spacious and comfortable. The grill is right off the kitchen, so convenient to grill out. The hot tub was nice after we turned the thermostat down, was 109 the first night...bikes are really fun to ride to pool, which is real close to walk or ride! Very nice and would love to stay again. Thanks for the little extra touches. Thanks again...

Great family Vacation Spot!

We had an amazing week at Windmark Beach at this property! We had a few small questions during the week and the owner was quick to respond and super helpful! The property is new, clean and represented well online!

Beautiful property and great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay! This home is lovely and the beaches in the area are excellent. We enjoyed riding bikes in the community and watching the gulf sunsets from the pier. We would definitely return!

Family vacay

This is our second year to stay at this awesome home. Plenty of room, bikes to ride, close to the neighborhood pool on the bay, beautiful sunsets, and peaceful beach days. We will be back again

Jonathon responded immediately to any question. The house was amazing. We had a great time riding the bikes to the beach and pool. The pool is actually a heated pool. The hot tub was amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. Our first time staying in Port St Joe. We loved how quiet and laid back it was. No crowds or traffic! We enjoyed our stay!

Our first Port St Joe Vacation

This was a great vacation for my family. The house was beautiful and Jonathan was a great host. The place had plenty of room and was convenient to everything. My wife and grand boys loved riding the bikes around the neighborhood and to the pool and beach. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Relaxing and beautiful sunsets

We enjoyed our time at the house in the hot tube, riding the bikes to the beach. My kids and husband enjoyed fishing and I enjoyed picking up she’s on the beach. We were looking to get away and relax and that is exactly what we did. Cute little towns we enjoyed checking out the little shops and attended St. Joseph for Mass on Sunday.

Perfect week

We had the best weekend in Port St. Joe with our friends for a wedding. Owners were super responsive and house was exactly as advertised. We can wait to come back!

Great vacation home

We spent a week on our trip and loved every minute. The home is extremely comfortable and clean, with all the amenities for cooking and cleaning. The location is great for swimming and beach trips and the property owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely love to return!

Port st joe

Absolutely perfect vacation, the house was as advertised, nothing to complain about. The owner was easy to deal with, the bay and ocean was absolutely great. Kids had a blast. Perfect place to get away from the world.

Perfect stay

Property is beautiful and spacious. We loved that there were two master suites and two living areas. Easy walk to the pool and bay. Bikes were perfect for riding to the town area. Johnathan was so fast to respond to anything we needed!

Great place to stay that has it all

This property is an excellent place to stay with a family size group. It has all the amenities you need at no additional cost such as a hot tub, plenty of bicycles, a second floor play area just for the kids, a fire pit, and all the beach toys - chairs, umbrella, floats, and kids sand toys. Jonathan, the owner, is very quick to respond to any concerns or questions you have. I will definitely stay here again. My entire group of 12, 6 adults and 6 kids, thoroughly enjoyed our visit here.

My wife and I love to travel with our kids in tow. We are busy professionals so staying at vacation rentals is ideal for us as it's our "home away from home". We try to create the best experience for our guests from luxury linens/towels to providing unique amenities at the house such as shuffleboard, s'mores kits, and great locations!

You'll fall in love with Florida's Forgotten Coast. A truly restful beach vacation away from the hustle and bustle of Destin, Orland, Miami, etc. We love the 3 patios our property offers with oceanviews, loungers, and lots of seating. A dining table is set up on the back patio along with a propane grill. It faces east so it gets the nice morning sun and avoids the hot afternoon sun. We love it.
Downtown Port. St. Joe offers many local restaurants of high quality food and drinks. The region is known for its large sea turtle population, Scallop/Oysters, and it's expansive coastline. We love taking the bikes for a ride with our kids as there is over 2.5 miles of paved trailers and you don't have to get on any busy roads. We spend as much time here as we can when other guests aren't enjoying the property!
