As the photos show, this is a beautiful and super-spacious unit with an excellent pool and hot tub area. The exercise room isn't huge, but it's super functional. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need. I found our bed really comfortable, and the master bathroom was huge with a large walk in closet attached. The pass for the Mauna Lani beach club was a significant benefit, as we found the snorkelling there quite good with much easier water access than some of the other main snorkelling beaches on the island.

Clean and spacious property with access to private beach club and pool, including plenty of pool toys for the kids and beach amenities. Perfect for a large family getaway with plenty to do for everyone. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Great location, including lovely neighbor and dog, pool and hot tub nearby, great walk through the lava/petroglyph park and historic fish ponds to wonderful Mauna Lani Beach Club--best snorkeling on the Big Island, even after the rain. Super responsive staff, great kitchen, dining area, comfy beds, would definitely stay again. My 3-year-old grandson was a big fan too.

This house was just as advertised. It was very clean and well taken care of. The property was beautiful. It was walkable and convenient. We enjoyed the pool and the beach club and had no issues at all with our stay. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to the big island.

The style and comfort of this place was amazing, great stay for the six of us. The whole property was beautiful. We had daily visits from the neighbors wonderful dog Luigi. Brightened our morning every day. I highly recommend this property to everyone

Property and amenities were great. Beach near by is outstanding. However there were quite a lot of roaches in the kitchen and bathrooms. I know it is expected to see some but at this property it was a lot. Management company was responsive and friendly.

The home itself was inviting and comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed. I found the primary bedroom mattress incredibly comfortable.

Fantastic place with lots of amenities and a full working kitchen to prepare your own meals. It was great they had beach equipment at the unit, complete with boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and beach towels, blankets and umbrellas. Check-in and out was super easy. Overall a great experience for the five of us.

Wonderful spot, perfect location close to shops, beach club, pool, and beautiful public beaches all along the Kohala coast. Hosts were responsive and accommodating whenever we asked anything. Only thing I wished we had realized earlier in the trip is the thermostat would shutoff if certain doors were open for a period of time.

Best Trip To Big Island

We stayed in Palm Villas for 9 days. Very comfortable. The Beach Club was amazing. We would love to stay here again.

Great home in a great area!

The house was well equipped and large enough for my family. Our check-in was seamless and very easy. The location of the home and the property (in general) was convenient and well positioned. The only thing that would’ve put it over the top, would have been if it was waterfront, or a little closer to the water, but it was still a great location.

Great family spot

We spent nineteen wonderful days at this spot with our four adult children and one eight month old granddaughter. This property worked very well for all ages and stages. We enjoyed the local pools right outside our patio as well as the Mauna Lani fitness center across the street. We also made good use of the private beach and walking pathways. This is our fourth time to the area and we’ll definitely be back.

My family stayed at this property for 6 nights. The communication with the management company was exceptionally timely and informative. Plus the landscaping, pool area, etc at the Palm Villas complex was amazing. However, the reason that I can’t rate this property at the full 5 stars - even though it is a very large 3 bedroom unit - is that it is quite dated inside with the furnishings, bed linens, etc being very basic. This may be reflected in the price being lower than similar units in the same Palm Villas complex.

We loved this unit for our family vacation! Everyone we communicated with were super efficient, prompt, and helpful! We also love this condo complex, being so close to the walking path that takes you down to the Fish Ponds and beach!
