Amazing home with so much character and everything you could need. Hosts were gracious and super communicative. Just beware the pool is not heated. VRBO’s AI bot said it was, not owner’s fault. That is usually a must have for us but the house and property are so beautiful that it didn’t even matter which is saying something. Highly recommend!

Pickleball heaven

What a wonderful house with great facilities. Two pickleball courts, nice pool and very private. Well located right off the highway and a short ride to downtown Naples. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond to any questions we hadWe’ll definitely be back!!

The property was fantastic and completely as pictured but better. It had complete privacy and a resort feel! The home was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. You could tell this is a home they care for and have pride in and not just another rental. Penelope was always on top of things to the point where we never had any need to ask any questions or need anything. They even had a magazine printed up for the house that had every detail of the house and the surrounding area, which was very helpful.

This property is impeccable! The hosts have made such an incredible getaway. They have all the amenities and made our stay there so easy. We never wanted to leave the property. Definitely going back!!

Magical, Memorable and beyond our expectations!

This is an incredible place! Our family had the most relaxing vacation! We arrived in the evening and the host had all the lights on, a welcome basket, even thought to provide coffee and eggs and toast for a quick breakfast! Rooms were perfect size and it was decorated so cute! Loved how organized the host were and everything was labeled ! Pickelball was a bonus and we played everyday! We would book again!

2024 Holiday

Our family of 6 vacationed from after Christmas to after New Years. The house is as described; very tranquil setting with relaxing and expansive outdoor space, including pool and private pickleball courts. The house was very clean and well appointed - amazing attention to detail and everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Owners very responsive and easy to work with.

Naples Oasis

Casa Hayes was awesome. The owners have put a lot of time and effort to creating a unique place that has amazing amenities. We did not want to leave. The pool and pickleball courts are fun enough on their own. The property looks amazing and has an artists attention to detail. The kids loved feeding the fish in the mornings. We will be back.

Outstanding property!

Penelope and Burt are impressive hosts- going extra mile to accomodate the guests! There is this fine hotels aromas as you walk in the Casa, the welcome cake on the kitchen counter, luxury grade bed sheets, perfectly manicured luscious landscape, koi fish pond, fascinating privacy in the heart of the city and the cherry on top is the private tennis court! The list goes on! By far the most impressive rental propeety in Naples! The only flae is that gets booked quickly so act fast!

Wonderful location, luxury house and owners treat you as family.

From the first step into the house the amenities were perfect. Their were cupcakes in the kitchen and a Champaign basket on the table. The house was impeccable clean and the bathroom supplies were ample. Things like a new tube of toothpaste and other bathroom supplies were available in case they were forgotten. We played pickle ball every morning and the surface condition of the court was perfect. The pool had a very soothing waterfall sound as well as the fountain in the front of the house. I give this house the highest recommendation and you will not be disappointed stay at this property.

Great Hosts, Great Property!

This property is a gem. It’s about 15-20 minutes down Golden Gate to the beach. Really not a bad drive and traffic is minimal. The area is very quiet, no street noise, and the property is super private. The hosts stay in a Casita in the back of the property but you wouldn’t even know they’re there. And you can’t see the Casita from your view so it’s no big deal. I had the pleasure of running into the hosts on their way out and they’re super friendly people. Very receptive, accommodating and they genuinely want you to have a nice stay. This home is VERY clean and very well maintained. The only quirky thing is that there’s no in suite bathroom for the primary bedroom. It’s alittle bit of a walk in the middle of the night but they know this and they’re working on plans to change that in the future. Water pressure was great in the shower and everything is extremely well organized and labeled so you won’t have many questions. These hosts could literally write a “how to” on how to VRBO a property. It’s very professionally presented and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this property to a couple or small family.
