POOL! BRING YOUR BOAT! This ranch home is located on a canal with direct access to the Gulf/Naples Bay(no bridges). Amazing water sports access. In the cool/hip Bayshore Arts district! Great restaurants, Naples Botanical Gardens, 3 miles to DT Naples and 4 to the best beaches. This is a perfect family/friends vacation spot. We have all the gear to enjoy this location. Quiet neighborhood/newly renovated/great views. Coffee/drinks/BBQ poolside. Lots of activities close by. Pool is not heated. Use of 1/2 of dock.

Loved the location and the house was clean. House is in need of some TLC/maintenance but it wasn’t a major concern for our stay.

Great place, would recommend to anyone. Very clean, lots of space and back of house with pool is private. Able to walk to great food and drinks with short trip to downtown. Host was very punctual and responded quickly with any questions I had. Will definitely look to rent this place again my next trip to Naples.

Our stay was quick, however we had a good night’s sleep and we were conveniently located near the interstate to continue our drive. I wished we had more time to enjoy the property. The outside space had lots to offer with the pool and dock.

Very enjoyable stay. House was very clean and well stocked with all our needs. Highly recommended.

Very rude host

We came from Tampa to visit family that lives in Naples, spent more of my stay on the phone dealing with the host having an issue about every little thing. Neighbors were recording my small children while they were in the pool. Not to mention a camera facing the pool which I thought was very inappropriate when you have minors. Received an extra payment request for using extra linens while never being informed about not being able to use extra. Also, for having family over for a couple hours for my husbands birthday BBQ. I’ve never dealt with something like this. Terrible experience.

Of course you rated us 1 star. You had a blow out party until 4am with 20 people in the house, 2 dogs, left 20 bags of trash, disturbed 2 neighbors, left a pile of dirty dishes and the list goes on. Sorry for being "rude" and asking you to stop the party. You will never be hosted by us.

The location was great, a quick drive to a lot of public beaches and 5th Ave for shopping, dining or just walking and taking in the sights of the city. The layout of the house was perfect for our needs, pool was great and beach amenities were perfect. Communication was easy, very responsive for any questions we had. Thanks for everything! Christy
