Concert weekend with family. Plenty of comfortable rooms and space to chill with family. Watched Hawkeye game in both living rooms. Awesome weekend.

The entrance to the house is kinda hard and inaccessible for small cars due to the loose gravel

The house was great for our two family vacation. Complete with extra blow up mattress and bedding. The dock access was so convenient! The only heads up I would share, is the drive back is very loose gravel. Our large suv slipped out a few times going up hill, so be mindful with a smaller vehicle.

The place itself was phenomenal, but the management company was lacking. Very slow communication and just overall kind of clunky. In the checkout instructions, we were supposed to put the trash bags in two trash bins that did not exist on the property and one morning we were surprised by someone coming around the corner with a leaf blower on the property’s deck while we were having our morning coffee. I would stay again, but the management company needs to pay more attention to detail. The property is great though, and I would highly recommend!

Relaxing Stay

My family and I truly enjoyed out stay at Woodmont Point. This cabin had it all and the check-in process was easy. Great location with a spectacular view.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The views from the deck of the lake were gorgeous. The house was spacious enough for me and my kids. We had plenty of room. It was nice to walk down and have your own private dock. The screen in porch was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Spring Golf!

The property was all we expected it to be! Appreciated the "welcome package" as well as coffee selection! The grill lit and worked perfectly and the views of the lake are amazing.

Perfect Thanksgiving Spot!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving with friends at this beautiful spot. The place has enough spots for adults and kids to hang out separately and together. The deck and screened porch were favorites. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Beautiful and secluded property, private dock and cove, 2 fridges was nice, grill very nice, views were amazing, overall a 4 due to racoons getting in trash daily and lot of stairs to the dock

Spring break getaway

Excellent at every step of the way. Communication by property managers prior, during, and after the stay was exceptional. The property is stocked with working items to make the stay just perfect. The sunrise each morning with a cup of coffee was exceptional. We would definitely stay here if we come back to the area.

Breathtaking view

We stayed here for Thanksgiving holiday. I was able to cook the holiday dinner here, no problem. It is a beautiful home and had a wonderful time. Would recommend. Plenty of room for my whole family and loved being able to bring my dog. The views are amazing.

Relaxation at its Best!

We stayed at Woodmont as a family to do a “getaway” Christmas. We found the house to be in a beautiful location with amazing views of the lake. Inside, the house was comfortable and extremely well-equipped with anything we might need for our stay. We look forward to returning!

Family Lake Days

The house was lovely- very clean and private with spectacular views, plenty of space for a family with adult children and dogs, well stocked kitchen, and great boat dock for boating, fishing, swimming and just relaxing. We had a little problem with critters getting into the outdoor garbage cans, but the property managers addressed it quickly. We would suggest a more secure metal dumpster. We had a marvelous and relaxing vacation and would definitely return.

Beautiful view of the lake

The home at Woodmont Point was very well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your time on the lake. Our family enjoyed using the kayaks and fishing off of the dock. It is close to restaurants and boat rental companies. We also enjoyed the covered porch and open air porch. It is tucked pretty far back on a gravel road so if you have a car that sits low to the ground, be careful going back to the home.

Great stay for you family :)

Pros-Property had everything we needed for aComfortable stay. Excellent water views and separate spaces for everyone to spread out. Loved the screened in porch and that our dogsCould join us! Great kayaks and lovely cove.Woods supermarketClose by with great selections (10Minutes) Rented boat from Pirates Point (less than 10Minutes), which was also very close by. Very cozy setup and felt like a home. Property manager very easy to reach and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked and heals everything we needed!Cons- space seemed smaller in real lifd, hard mattresses in all rooms, some general maintenance needed due to rotting wood, cobwebs and dirty windows etc.Great stay overall. Really great property.

A little piece of heaven on the lake

We met family from out of state for a long weekend at the lake, and it was no disappointment. The privacy of the house itself makes you feel like you’re on your own private island with woods all around. Yet when you step into the house you get an amazing view of a main channel of the lake. If you want tranquility, this is it. Sitting on the deck in the morning and evening was a must. The house was clean and anything we needed was easy to find. Appliances worked well. Plenty of amenities. There’s a tv in every room, though if you’re watching tv I’m going to say you probably aren’t enjoying all the lake and the property have to offer! The dock was fun to hang out as we brought a few of our own floats and also used the big floating mat that was there. The kayaks were also a blast to use in the early morning when the lake is like glass. The cove is small and more private which was great. We rented a boat for the day which we highly recommend for exploring the lake and that process was also so easy. There are a lot of stairs both to the house and to the dock but the incline is not bad and the dock steps are very wide. It made for getting a nice little workout in! The rental company sent emails and a text prior to arriving and departing which was helpful to remind us of things to bring and how to leave the place. If we could give 10 starts, we would!
