The view from this property is simply spectacular, all day and all night. Enjoy endless hours from the private deck of this 3 bedroom 2 bath rustic lake cottage. You will have a main channel view to enjoy all the water activities the lake has to offer .

Grill and chill on the deck with a gas weber BBQ and patio furniture. The fishing is great off of the 2 well dock especially in the Spring and Fall.

You can toast marshmallows or roast hotdogs on the lower level in the chiminea or enjoy the campfire.

This property is located 1/4 mile down a blacktop street off Hwy 5 at the end of the peninsula. Walking distance to 3 restaurants/bars Captain Ron's, The Branding Iron and a new Honky-tonk Close to gas stations, Pirates' Point for your boat rental needs and Wood's grocery store which is only 2.2 miles away. The Westside has many more great restaurants within a short drive. The Bagnell Dam strip is approximately a 20 minute drive.
The well equipped kitchen has a 36" gas stove with, full size fridge, separate ICE MACHINE
crockpots, a good selection of drinkware, cookware, spices and more.
2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and 1 full bathroom are located on the main floor. 1 bedroom with a king bed and additional bathroom with shower are located on the lower level.
The property has a dog friendly fenced yard and plenty of parking space for your vehicles and, more importantly... your boat trailers!

Lake of the Ozarks spring break

We had a great time on Lake of the Ozarks. My husband, two adult sons, 2 dogs and I stayed at this property. It was very clean and well-equipped. We loved the view, the gated deck and fenced area for ease with our dogs, and a great fishing dock. When we weren’t on the water, we enjoyed time golfing, hiking or hanging out on the sectional couch together. Having a nice washer and dryer really helped too! Due to the time of year, our cove was very quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

My husband and our dogs had a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfect location wise, the amount of space and the fenced yard was very nice. We enjoyed spending time on the dock and mornings with coffee on the deck. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect week

We had a great time with our family of 6 plus dog. The house had everything we needed and we had a great time paddle boating and kayaking around the cove.

Great location and amazing views

Just what we were looking for -- amazing lake views from the living room and kitchen and we spent almost all of our time out on the deck. Really wonderful to have a gated area for our dogs too.

Very nice house and great location

We had a family vacation; my husband, I and part of the family stayed next door and rented this house for my son and his girlfriend's family. The view and all the amenities were wonderful. The property owner was very nice and left a welcome basket for all the guest including the fur baby. Highly recommend.

Great getaway!

We wanted a quiet getaway for a few days. The covered dock, fence for our dogs, along with the updated house made for a great vacation. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property and excellent location.

First trip to the Ozarks with the family and we loved every minute. This location is close to Lake of the Ozarks State Park and HaHaTonka state park. Caves touring, hiking, and enjoying the water were some of our favorites. Thank you for sharing your amazing property for us to thoroughly enjoy.

Complete lake experience!

This home was incredible! Truly dog friendly, ample space for 3 couples and the views couldn’t be beat. Loved the kitchen space and the extras they provided. Can’t recommend this home enough for a family lake getaway!

Tranquil and beautiful

Gorgeous view and outdoor spaces in a very quiet street. Doggy area definitely a plus, and the deck is also gated. The home was very clean, it had everything you could need, it was spacious and warm and cozy at the same time. We loved our stay and hope to go back next year. Thank you to our hosts for providing a comfortable and lovely place to get away from the city!

The Lake House

The fall colors this time of year are just amazing in the Ozarks. This waterfront getaway has a deck with a beautiful view, a private fishing dock, a well stocked kitchen and the amenities we needed to accommodate our dog. The hosts were friendly and responsive. We loved this house and can’t wait to go back.

Awesome lake view

We had a great time staying here. We spent several hours a day on the deck watching the activity on the lake. The puppies loved the fenced in yard and the gate on the deck. Everything was exactly as described and a great location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The owners are nearby and super friendly and helpful. Thanks a million.

4th of July weekend last minute booking. Well stocked and well appointed property. The view of the lake and for fireworks would be hard to beat. Owners are very welcoming and nearby for anything you need. Will return and stay again

Fantastic views

Photos don’t do the view justice!!! Excellent location. Quiet cove. Close to grocery store, restaurants yet very private. Fantastic kitchen, fully equipped with chef stove. Ground level of house a little unfinished but overall great place to stay. Very welcoming. We had a very relaxing time with our son, his wife and their dog

Great Vacation at a Great Property

The property has everything you need. Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you need to make great meals. We loved cooking there. We have big dogs and they didn't hesitate to let us bring them, which meant a lot to us, not everyone allows pets especially big dogs. (Both are very well trained, so they don't mess with anything.) Everything in the home was very comfortable. Don was very responsive and helpful with any questions or help we needed. Would happily stay here again.

The view is incredible. Enjoyed all our time on the deck. The home is relaxing and very clean with all the amenities we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, Tupperware, dishwasher, etc. The location is excellent with tons of outdoor activities nearby and a grocery store just down the street. We also rented a boat for a day at Pirate's Point which is just 2 minutes away. The rental also includes a kayak and many water floaters. We had a great vacation. I would recommend this rental to anyone. Bravo!

July 2023 Stay

Our stay was great! We had our family of four and our dog. Our 2 teenage daughters (16 & 20) love lake life and lake swimming. We enjoyed swimming from the dock and did some fishing too. Everything was great. The stand alone ice machine was very handy and the grill worked well. Quiet area and great views. The basement has some finish work that still needs to be completed, but the basement was clean and well kept. Great location. Easy to visit Captain Ron’s which is really close and The Cave is nearby and we rented a waverunner one day and a pontoon another day from Pirates Point which is really close.

Shootout Vacay

View and Location for ShootOut was awesome! Deck view amazing as was dock! Beds comfortable and couch, kitchen was large and had an awesome stove and lots of ice in ice maker - a must! Upstairs bath nice but jets didn't work in tub. Only one bedroom had a tv. The queen air mattress didn't hold air. Basement bath & bdrm very nice but needs a tv. The fenced yard for dogs was perfect and Dog Friendly place like this is hard to find - Over all WE LOVED THIS PLACE! Never could get code to work on side door, Luckily back door was unlocked. I never found info on what to do when leaving - so we emptied all trash, stripped beds, turned a/c up to 75 and made sure puppy poop all picked up. : )
