This condo is privately owned and maintained featuring all modern amenities. Two bedrooms, two full baths, 3 Flatscreen TV's, DVD, tile floor throughout condo and a stackable washer and dryer for your use.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter top, self-closing cabinets and drawers, stainless steel appliances(refrigerator, stove, microwave over , dishwasher) ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock-pot, George Foreman grill, all necessary cooking utensils, pots, plates, glasses silverware, etc.....

This condo offers direct beach access, swimming pool and kids pool.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean.

This is a great property in a great area. Very close to lots of options for amenities. Beach is lovely and clean and not to crowded this time of year. Condo is quite and other guest were friendly, as was everyone we encountered in cherry grove. No hesitation’s and would book with this host again.

Always fantastic!

Easy garage parking, luggage carts. Spotless condo. All the amenities. Nice swimming pool. Very short walk to beautiful beach. It's not crowded. Balcony is comfortable. Sit out, glass of wine watching everything. You will have a great stay. Anything you need call Tina, she's so helpful.

Top Notch!

We stay every year. Always spotless. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect bathrooms and showers. Waking up to the ocean. Walk right to the beach. Not crowded. Manager is great, easy to talk to.. Coming back till we are able anymore.

Short get away...

Nice condo...great views...felt very safe. The only down side was the feeling you were going over a curb coming in and going out of parking. Other than that it was great.

Enjoyed the stay!

Kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated. Balcony door was updated and secure. The whole building was more secure than average; needing a code to access the entry, elevator and rooms. Location was quiet and slower paced. A bit tight, but worked for 2-3 people. Nicely decorated and good use of space. Owner was great to work with! Only con was mattress and springs were not wrapped to help prevent bedbugs.

Sweet and Short

My family and I had a quick get-away and this was a great space to stay. The location was close to the market, eateries, and most importantly - the beach! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed this area of Cherry Grove Beach

It was oceanfront but could not see up or down the beach from the balcony. Very narrow view of the ocean because unit is recessed from the side units. Also, side unit could look right into out bedroom from their window because there was no curtain on our balcony door. The location was perfect. Inside unit is small but worked out for two people.

Location,owner,and condo A+++++

From first communication to end owner was fantastic. Always answered any concern or question almost immediately. Condo is all you need for a short or long stay. I love cherry grove region and if i come back to area this condo is top of list. View from balcony was awesome.

We had a great trip. Loved being right on the beach. The condo was clean and well taken care of. One small issue was addressed quickly. So glad we stayed there for our beach vacation

Great little beach condo

We’ve stayed in this condo 3 times over the past 5 years. That alone says we really like it … location, size, amenities, and cost. Being away from the crowds, Cherry Grove is the place to be for families with children and old folks who enjoy less crowds/noise. This condo is just the right size for a couple or even couple with small kids. View from top floor is awesome morning, noon & night.

Great condo and location.

The condo was nice and we appreciated that it was quiet. We love Cherry Grove and its great location. The beach was spectacular and the full moon was so gorgeous from the balcony!

Great quiet location. Small but comfortable for 2. 5to 10 minute drive to most restaurants. Alot to do in the area via car.

Beautiful ocean view

Top floor, but not too high. Beautiful ocean view. A little drive from attractions, but perfect for avoiding the hustle and bustle of vacationers.

As advertised

Tina's condo is exactly as advertised and the price is reasonable. The unit was well located and check in was easy. The view from the balcony can't be beat and I spent a lot of time out there. I even saw dolphins! Our family of 3 which included our 17 year old son had ample space. It might a bit tight for larger families. Tina was great to work with and responsive.
