Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and groups with members under 25 years of age are prohibited. We only rent to non-family groups if all members are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation of age by groups will not qualify for refunds.
