Coastal Home on Edge of Town with Fire-pit & Private Beach Path. Dog Friendly!

Our spacious and comfortable Long Beach home sits on on 1/2 acre with private path to 27 miles of sandy Washington beach. West side of highway location for convenient walk to the beach. Furry family is welcome.

This one level home sleeps up to 6 guests and offers plenty of space to relax with two bedrooms, one and a half baths, two large living rooms with smart TV, WIFI, bluetooth sound system with turntable, recreation room with foosball, electric dartboard, patio, grill, fire pit, hammock, and huge yard. Short 5 minute drive to town.

Our home is located in one of "America's Favorite Beach Towns" by ForbesTraveler.com and voted "Best Beach" by Seattle's King-5 TV. Located in Southwest Washington, Long Beach is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers with a new national park, two historic lighthouses, renowned restaurants, antique shops, cranberry bogs, oyster farms and the Ilwaco marina which welcomes avid anglers during salmon and halibut season. Countless outdoor activities for active families which include hiking, biking along the only dune bike trail on the west coast, bird watching, fishing, clam digging, kayaking and golf.

We are a 3.25 hours from Seattle and just over 2 hours from Portland. Wonderful coast vacation add on to either trip.

Wonderful

Sweet getaway

Plenty of room to spread out, relax and do just about anything you want. Sit by a fire, watch tv, play games, go to the beach via the private trail. Stocked kitchen, beach boots, plenty of cozy blankets, beds and bedding. It was perfect.

Great experience!

Our family of 4 stayed 4 nights and had such a good time. Home is located in a great spot. Short drive into town and even shorter walk to the beach. Friendly neighbors that waved and chatted with us. All the amenities you could ask for to entertain the adults and kids! Very cozy home and we were never uncomfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and made the process very easy. Highly recommend for a fun beach getaway!

Wonderful week at Long Beach

We have stayed at Long Beach several times and we have to say that this home is by far the best value we have found. The home is lovely and clean, in a quiet neighborhood with great access to the beach and town. We will definitely be booking this home for future visits to Long Beach

The perfect quiet getaway spot!

Our family came down for the weekend and this place provided just what we needed. It was quiet, close to downtown Long Beach and was the perfect spot for rest and relaxation. We’d love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect fit

We had a great time at this property, probably the best place we've ever stayed from VRBO! It was very homey, had so many supplies and things to make us comfortable. We loved how close it was to the beach and the hosts were amazingly accommodating.

Great home, comfortable, clean

We enjoyed the home very much! Comfortabke beds, lots of room. Cozy faux fireplace, big comfy couch in tv room, game room, well stocked kitchen and other supplies, nice walk to beach, pet friendly w nice dog beds. Fenced in picnic area w firepit. We would definitely stay again.

this was a perfect get away for my husband, our 2 dogs and me. the trail to the beach was very peaceful. and the fenced in back patio/yard was perfect for the dogs. we will be back

Lovely weekend away!

Perfect for the teens, the dog and I. Such a quiet spot but all of “town” just a 10min drive. Best kitchen goodies that I have seen at a rental in a long time! We could not get the grill to work - the pilot light would ignite but nothing else? Likely user error - we don’t have a grill at home. Recommended!!!

My 51st and my friend's 28th bdays:)

Another amazing and beautiful stay here. Our favorite and only place we are staying at lately. It's friendly to our service dogs and pets. Great place for them to run on the beach, very convenient private walk to the beach. House is very clean and has everything you need for a great stay to feel home. Fenced yard with a gas grill and a fire pit to sit around chill evenings:) Washer and dryer. We just in love with this place and owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you again!!! pit

Great home for a beach getaway

We had a great time storm watching and getting warm by the fire. This house had everything we needed and I loved that all the little details were taken care of, right down to providing the coffee. I would definitely rent this place again with my family where we can bring our dogs too! Thanks for a great stay

Wonderful host, nice place to stay

Ellen was a great host and communication was excellent and prompt. House is very spacious, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and good coffee provided. Comfortable king sized bed in master bedroom. Nice, large shower. Fenced patio is pleasant and was great for our dog. Walk to the beach is lovely. Far enough from the road to not hear any traffic noise and close enough to the ocean to hear the waves.

Cozy, comfortable home!

This home has everything you could want on vacation. It really feels like your favorite, cool Aunt lives here and you are house sitting for her. ;) Great location, the path to the beach is clear for walkers and is only a 10 minute walk. The drive to town for supplies is less than 10 minutes. The street this house is on is nice and quiet. Thank you to the Stones for such a wonderful stay!

March break getaway

House was spacious and well-equipped and suited the needs of our family of five. Definitely a dog-friendly vacation rental, which we appreciated - as did our dog! Less than a five minute easy walk to the beach. Convenient to the town of Long Beach and a 20 minute drive to Cape Disappointment State Park. The owner communicated with us promptly when we were initially considering booking the property. Overall, a good stay.

Lovely place for a beach holiday

We were excited to find a place near the beach that allowed our dogs to join us. The house is comfortable and nicely appointed. It was a treat to walk 10 minutes and be on the beach where the dogs could romp. We visited over July 4th holiday, so there were a lot of fireworks on the beach that night but the neighborhood is really quiet the rest of the time. The owners are great and quick to respond to questions. We had a great stay.

Lots to offer

We had a lovely time staying in this cute Long Beach home. The owner provided so many extra amenities that we could have easily packed less. This home is in the perfect spot to access everything. We stayed on a very busy weekend but felt at ease tucked back away from the crowd. The quick trip into town for take out and treats was ideal. We would definitely stay again. Quite retreat

This property checked alot of blocks for pur beach trip. We originally olanned to go out and see the area but ended up staying in for pur short trip. Well worth it. The space was clean, warm, had plenty of places for everyone to sit, and a smart tv to use. We had a blast. Our Host was very easy to contact and was very gracious with the check out/in process. Absolutely will rent this again.

Women's Get Away

My friends and I enjoyed the location for beautiful morning beach walks with our dogs. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and at night, the ocean waves could be heard through open windows which made for pleasant sleeping. The kitchen had everything needed for happy hour and meals. It was a great home base for our daily adventures to the light house, the Depot restaurant, farmers market, Waikiki beach. Great memories and a wonderful time. I look forward to returning with the family.

We are a family of five who love the outdoors. Our dog is a beloved furry family member so we wish to make our place pet friendly for others as well. We enjoy nature and activities such as walking, rowing, skiing, golfing, fishing, clamming, cooking. Having a peaceful retreat in Long Beach is a 20 year dream and we are thrilled to be able to share with others.

Our retreat has the best of all worlds - secluded yet very close to town and all that is happening there. We love the private access we have to the Beach and how it is always uncrowded. We have great neighbors all around who are willing to lend a hand when needed.

The property has a great back patio that is next to a preserved area so no view of neighbors - or you can take the short walk to the beach for a stroll. We also essentially have three living areas - making it a great place for families or groups of friends. The primary living room is great for lounging while the second living room has two pull out beds and the TV area for watch movies or gaming. You can also listen to vinyl records on our sound system! And we have converted the garage to another place to hang out - it has many games and a foosball table for all to enjoy.
