The tent is back up! It was hibernating during the winter but is all ready for Summer 2026! The tent has a queen size bed. The cabin has a queen & twin bed and is great for 2-3 people (it's small but cozy). A unique experience awaits you at Humboldt's coolest Glamping spot! Come "rough it" on your own private 3 acre campsite. The views are amazing from the deck as you sip your coffee in the morning or a beverage in the evening! Don't forget the star show at night. There is a flushing toilet and sink in the cute little private bathroom and the best hot water outdoor shower around. Need more space, rent the 5 star rated home (100+ reviews - vrbo #1285203) on the property.

This was one of our most favorite places on our extended vacation down the coast of Oregon and California. Our 16 y/o granddaughter rated this as the highlight of our entire time together. It is so relaxing and serene to lie in the tent and hear the moisture from the fog drip from the trees onto the tent. Our granddaughter LOVED that she had her own cabin to herself. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a unique experience !!

The drive in from the coast was spectacular. Mathew did an amazing job with providing directions and the location is pristine. If you love camping, the stars, and beautiful views. This spot is it. The lodging and facilities are in fantastic condition. Just a real gem and the location to the Redwood National Park is unbeatable.

Magical Getaway

Fantastic spot to hang with family and friends. The hosts had everything we could need. Super cute decor, the beds were comfy and cozy, and the shower and bathroom were great. Absolutely amazing view of the night sky. Totally recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property and even better hosts !

I stayed with Matt and Sandra for two night and the experience was more than wonderful. You can truly feel the love and care they have for the space. I can’t wait for the opportunity to stay again :)

The biggest miss is that one of the beds was not made. Someone had clearly slept there and there was dirt on the sheets. I wouldn't care if the place was not over 300 per night. Additionally, there were no check-in details, no guide how to get there. A little sentence or two indicating what to look for would have been helpful. It was not immediately clear where to go once we saw the address number on the tree. Google maps took us to the wrong place, something that the host should have checked. Other than that, it was a very cool place. We loved the outdoor shower, the stars were incredible, and the tent and cabin were cozy and well-stocked.

We were mortified when we realized a guest had come and gone without us realizing it. For the first time in 8 years our signals got crossed with VRBO (& our Cleaners) - that we had a guest on this specific date. Our cleaners arrived the morning they left and informed us that someone had been there the night before (we asked the folks staying at the house if their teenagers had used Camp instead of the house - they said No)...It was a mystery for a couple days. After backtracking we saw that unknowingly we had a 1 night guest booked that slipped between the scheduling cracks. We were fortunate to get ahold of them at this point and profusely apologized and offered a free night and a $ refund. Since then we have connected a few times and they graciously accepted our oversight and invite to come back. Our directions and photos are very detailed, thus another mystery on how they found us and how we never got word they were coming. It was also strange that the guests informed us they had the same issue (host not realizing they were coming) with place they rented the following night. Something was amiss for sure! We pride ourselves on our 5 star reviews and our guests experiences, thus I am responding for the first time, to a Review from the 100 that we have received. We are grateful that we were able to smooth things out with our unfortunate guest and look forward having him back!

Truly tranquil stay

The location of splendid. Secluded from the neighbors and gives the feeling of staying deep inside forest with good moving network coverage. Matt and Shandra were really helpful and so grateful that they came down to welcome us at odf hours. They also clearly explained how the heater systems worked and using the shower. Truly grateful for such hospitality from the hosts!

Mountain forest getaway

This was me and my partners anniversary and this place did not disappoint! The owner was able to help us when we got lost a few times. The location is quite far out but that’s also a huge plus for us! There was so many amenities and I loved how inclusive it was with the awesome/easy to use propane heaters along with fully operational kitchen, bathroom, and gorgeous outdoor shower with hot water! We stayed in the tent and loved every second. The owner was really kind and accomodating!

We had the most amazing time! The parents stayed in the cabin and the kids stayed in the tent. We had an entire meadow all to ourselves where the kids could make as much noise as they wanted traipse through the trees, hang out in the hammocks, and even enjoy their first outdoor shower. The hosts were very gracious and helpful and gave us good recommendations for where we should eat in town. We loved everything about this trip and would absolutely stay there again
