Perfect for game day or any day! Entire lower level of custom lakefront home. Enjoy a day of hiking on the many trails of the Clemson Experimental Forest or Table Rock or biking/hiking on the Issaqueena Trail just 3 miles away. 3.3 miles from Clemson campus on Lake Hartwell. (Because of drought conditions docking is NOT possible at this time)
You will love the seclusion and quiet while still being close to restaurants, shopping and recreation of all kinds. This entire lower level of our custom lakefront home is super convenient to Clemson, Pendleton, Anderson, Greenville(45 mins), Table Rock State Park (40 mins), Asheville (1:45hrs).
The very private entire lower level of our lakefront custom home has 3 bedrooms (6 guest limit) and 2 full baths, boasts 9 foot ceilings, custom cabinets and granite counter tops throughout. Fully stocked kitchen, living, and dining area opens out onto a beautiful covered porch with stone arches and a large deck. Enjoy a private covered dock. Bring your boat!! Please let us know if you will be bringing your boat. Lake levels vary. We can advise on where to launch. (Because of drought conditions docking is NOT possible at this time)
En suite vanity/sinks in the 2 bedrooms that share full bath. Separate private entrances make this space truly a home in itself.
You have full and private access to the entire lower level, covered porch and deck. Our private covered boat dock is available for your sunning, swimming, and boating. Please let us know if you will be bringing your boat. We can advise you on launching near us. PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING: Be aware the lake level on Hartwell can fluctuate. (Because of drought conditions docking is NOT possible at this time)
Other things to note:
There are no steps into one entrance of the home. It is on a sloped lot and the driveway is sloped. Also the showers have tubs which you must be able to step into.
NO SMOKING or VAPING...Owner is highly allergic
NO PETS PLEASE...although we love fur babies, I want to be considerate of guests who don't like dog and/or cat hair and might be allergic to pets. NOTICE: NO parties allowed. This is a very quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors

Perfect location
We loved our stay at this property. Less than 10-minute ride into town. Clean and beautiful deck! Owners are very communicative. Overall happy with the rental.

Weekend getaway
Concern at first with having to walk in basement and initial room is a bedroom but once in the space it was perfect for our needs. Clean, updated and super close to many places and awesome location on the lake. Dock was great for us as well. Patio space was so relaxing.

We use that entrance initially for security but also provide a key from the Patio so it is not necessary to enter that door the whole stay and bedroom stays private. Wonderful stay on a beautiful fall weekend. Really nice to have sinks in the bedrooms that share a bath, and the patio and outdoor space are beautiful. Steep driveway was a little intimidating at first, but we got used to it! Susan was great about communication, accommodating our parking needs, and even found and returned my lost item. Thanks for a perfect weekend!

Nice overall stay
The only issue we had was trying to understand how to work the television. It would have been nice to have some instructions on the operations and a channel guide. Overall, it was a nice property.
