Sandpoint Stay

Beautiful property, very clean --plenty to do in the area! Private pool and private beach were so much fun for us and the kids!

Great space, lots of activities to enjoy. Rent bikes in town for riding to Dover and in the trails. You can rent for 24 hours and the bikes are excellent. Go to the Wednesday or Saturday Farmers market for local produce and foods.

Wonderful stay! Great communication with owner. Responsive and provided great information regarding things to do and aee in the area. Beautiful, relaxing space and view. Resort amenities, with pool, spa, beach and trails nearby, but very private feel.

Sandpoint

Location was wonderful for a Sandpoint getaway. Incredible view with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Host was very responsive and enhanced our stay by giving us a tour of the place.

Lovely condo on the lake

We visited Sandpoint over summer and loved this condo on the lake. A very cosy place and a great collection of books made us feel right at home. The condo is close to everything you need and we walked pretty much everywhere for meals. James, the property manager, was available, whenever we needed help, which was great. I recommend this place.

Great stay in Sandpoint!

James was a great host. Very communicative on all aspects and responsive if/when we had any questions. The original unit that we rented was taken off of the market by the home owner and James was able to move us to another condo that was very nice. We will be planning future trips to Sandpoint and will look to work with James on future rentals.

We had such a nice time!

This place was very nice, simply put. Immaculate accommodation in every way, incredible views, right on the lake, private beach, pool/ hot tub amazing and easy walking distance to town. The host was such a great guy and made several recommendations - all of which we checked out and very much enjoyed. What a cool town Sandpoint is and we also enjoyed a fun chairlift ride up Schweitzer (highly recommend) as well as a day trip to Priest Lake (highly recommend). My only ask would be to not tell anyone about this great location and keep it a secret. Highly recommend and promise no disappointments in every way.

We promise to not hire an expensive marketing firm to tell the world about this lakefront town that is perfectly situated away from the crowds with a top secret ski area 30 minutes from town. People wouldn't believe it anyway. Great to meet you and the fam and so good to hear you folks had a wonderful time exploring the many hidden gems that Sandpoint has to offer. Hope to catch you again on the next trip!

Highly Recommend and I will be back

The condo, location and town of Sandpoint is an amazing vacation location. This vacation was for me to recharge and relax, and boy did I ever. The condo is quiet and peaceful with the most spectacular lake front views. The morning sunrises each day were vibrant and awe inspiring. The beach is private and had ample seating and space for all to enjoy. James was a great host and responded to requests. Also check out the Spa at the complex. I am a spa snob and went 3 times during my stay and had an excellent experience with each massage and facial person. I cannot wait to go back next-year.

This property is an absolute gem that we feel very lucky to have booked on short notice! The location is perfect, with the beach and docks right off your balcony while being only a short walk across the bridge to a plethora of wonderful restaurants and shops. The property is quite upscale and is immaculately maintained, with the fitness room and pool being our favorites. This particular condo unit itself was virtually spotless when we checked in, and it was such a nice relief to come back to a cool environment after a hot day in the sun. It was very spacious for our family of four, and its modern luxury feel was the cherry on top of our wonderful vacation in Sandpoint. James could not have been more responsive or better to deal with. He made the booking experience seamless for us, even through the process of extending our original stay for us. I would recommend this property to anyone, but I also selfishly look forward to renting it again soon!
