Interior:
As soon as you enter Linger Longer, you will be greeted with the best cozy lake house vibes. Immediately to your right you will find the kitchen + laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook the perfect post lake day meal for your family and friends. A few highlights are the extra ice maker, keurig, and a toaster oven/air fryer combo. The living room offers a wonderful space for a family movie night and the sun room is the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Right off of the kitchen is the master bedroom + ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has private access to the back deck + courtyard area. On the other end of the house are two bedrooms + a bathroom. Heading outside and up the outdoor staircase you will find access to the fourth bedroom. It features a queen bed + a petite en suite bathroom.

Exterior:
The outdoor living space at Linger Longer will quickly become your favorite place to spend time. Outside you will find a dining table, fire pit, comfortable seating, grill, and more! Take in beautiful views of Greers Ferry Lake while spending time by the fire with your family and friends.

Location:
Linger Longer is located inside the coveted community of Eden Isle. It is only a 1 minute drive to Eden Isle Marina and a short drive to the Red Apple Inn Golf Course & Restaurant. This home sits on a beautiful piece of property and is just a short walk to water's edge. Linger Longer is also less than a ten minute drive to downtown Heber Springs where you will find restaurants, shopping, movie theater, and more!

It was a beautiful home with ample living space both inside and outside. Very comfortable! The lake access for swimming was a hit with all of us! We appreciated being able to have a relaxing bit of RR for the weekend.

Great home on the lake! Easy walking distance down a stone path. Nice parking. Enough for boat trailer if needed. Home was very clean but the ac did a great job during the heat of the day. Kitchen was well equipped. There was a black stone but it was locked up. The charcoal grill was nice but on the small side. Overall this home provided my family with a wonderful location to visit and enjoy the lake. 10/10 would stay again.

Great property located on the water with a path to the lake. The home is located in quiet area of Eden Isle - and is only a 5 minute drive to the marina. The home is equipped with anythin you need for your stay.

Perfect family getaway

We stayed here for a long weekend with our 5 children. The house was perfect. The website was accurate, the property manager was super helpful, and the house was clean. We rebooked in 2 weeks. We are grateful that we found this perfect spot. Highly recommend

Family Vacation

Great location; spacious; access to lake “beach”; 2 really nice updated bathrooms; comfortable; family loved their stay! We’ve rented many different homes in Eden Isle and would make these suggestions- reorganize the kitchen cabinets and drawers, add more coffee mugs, Kleenex and soaps in bathrooms, dust. We hope to stay again!

Perfect Spot

Location! Location! Location! Property was in great shape. The floor plan is a little funky but for the era built it’s understood. The outdoor space is top notch. Rooms well appointed, kitchen has everything you need. Definitely a place we will book again.

Family holiday

We spent our annual family holiday at the property with guests from out of state. It was the perfect location for us, comfortable for a group of 10 and the outside patio area was beautiful. The property management company was extremely quick to respond with the one small issue we had and everything we needed was provided.

Girls Getaway Weekend

Linger Longer is a great lake house! It’s very comfortable with a view of the lake. The sunroom was a nice place to sip our morning coffee and plan our day. The house provided the relaxation that we all needed. A lovely home!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures of home need updating. Outside area needing attention. We had beautiful weather. There were no cushions in chairs or available. Lot of stuff could have been removed or fixed in the nice area outside. The trail down ito lake was nice. TVs in the house did not work. We wanted to watch football. Luckily, we brought one. For sure , pictures were taken well to make it look different than real living area inside and out. Don’t leave food on counter, ants are there. It was comfortable bedding and bathroom. Our expectations were let down for what we booked. Booking and contact was good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Linger Longer definitely lived up to its name. This was a very well appointed and clean property. The outdoor space was amazing, and the peaceful view of the lake instantly made everyone take a deep breath. Make sure to bring s’more fixings for the fire pit...fan fav spot!! The kitchen was so well stocked! Our crew of gourmet foodies had everything they needed and more. We appreciated the air filters in each of the rooms as some of our crew suffer with allergies, and because of the filters they were able to breathe easy. The game closet was as well stocked as the kitchen! And we enjoyed using the kayaks. The only minor suggestions we had were to have a pump to inflate the bike tires for the bikes on property. Also, the blinds in the master bedroom needed a minor repair to close completely. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and would be happy to stay again. Lastly, the property manager was friendly and professional. She happily shipped some forgotten items back to our home after our stay.

Spring Break retreat

The home was nice and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We came for some R&R and got just that! For those looking to book the property here are a few tips: The fourth bedroom is separated from the main house. You have to go outside to access it. The en-suite tub/shower is not usable as a shower for an adult due to the slope of the ceiling/roof line. It has a hand sprayer but anyone other than a small child would need to be seated in the tub to use the shower. We never found a Keurig even though that was mentioned in the listing and we confirmed through chatting with the host. This was something we did not attempt to remedy during our stay. We were only able to find four washcloths for our stay with seven people. Plenty of towels though! One roll of toilet paper per bath and paper towels were provided and no Kleenex. WiFi was excellent! Plenty of outdoor seating options! Gas starting/wood burning fire pit is a real luxury rarely found! All in all our stay was as we had hoped, the few mentions did not impact our enjoyment of the property!

This house is the best lake house we have stayed at so far at Eden isle. It’s well stocked, lake access and close to the marinaThe fire pit, ping pong table and board games were a hit with some family fun after a long day on the water. Would definitely stay here again.

A Great Place to LINGER LONGER

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family recently stayed at Eden Isle and had a wonderful time. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! The owner has a lot of personal items throughout the house and in the refrigerator. It was hard to keep our stuff separated from theirs at times but other than that everything was perfect! We will be back!
