Very quiet, clean and well appointed suite. Lovely host. Nice neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. Definitely will stay again when in Saskatoon.

Beautiful homestead in a safe neighborhood

Very nice and warm suit, with exceptionally caring hosts. Family really enjoyed staying at Tim and Becky’s.

Beautifully decorated, quiet, well-appointed space. Tim and Becky are awesome hosts. Even had cream in my fridge for my morning coffee, which I took outside in a private seating area. Everything you would ever need for a comfortable stay. I'll definitely book again if in Saskatoon!

Amazing place!

What a gem! Great location in the city. Extremely clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. I would 100% stay at this place again :)

This property was clean and comfortable! It was in a great location for our needs. Hosts reached out the day we booked and closer to our stay. My kid did a sports camp the week that we stayed and it was great to be able to do laundry. Overall great space and would recommend it.

Beautiful, new, clean

The owners are wonderful, prompt to respond, and accommodating. The place was literally spotless. Really enjoyed my stay and the coffee/creamer detail was sweet.

Wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay in Tim and Becky's suite. It was cozy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and outfitted with all the necessities. The check-in process, instructions provided, and communication with the hosts were seamless. Thanks Tim and Becky.

Great stay in Saskatoon

Timothy's property was very clean and incredibly well equipped in all areas -- I was very pleased I got to do a lot of my own cooking because of the kitchen! I felt safe accessing the property, even at night. My only issue is that it's a bit of a walk to most things (5 minutes to the 8th street bus stop, 15-20 to Broadway street) so it's probably more convenient to those with a vehicle. I would happily stay again!

Amazing!

The suite was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and access. The location was perfect for us. The hosts were responsive to our inquiries before we even got there. They were very prepared for users with a binder with all the pertinent information needed. We highly recommend this location and would happily stay here again. Thank you!

We love going on walks, hikes, cooking and eating nice meals at home!
We love good coffee and coffee shops, and LOVE the ocean and miss the greenery of the west coast.

We love living in this neighbourhood! Its quiet, safe and central to everywhere in Saskatoon. Quick drive or walk to Broadway. Also a 2 min drive to 8th Street has everything you need.

Also Becky is super fussy about cleaning and so that's how she keeps it...meticulously clean!
