The Space:
Farmhouse meets lake house in this well-appointed, thoughtfully decorated, 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom vacation property. Your every comfort and convenience has been considered. Stay cool & comfortable with two large ceiling fans in the vaulted-celling living room and a brand new, remote-controlled heat pump with A/C for those hot summer days.

You will also enjoy full-size kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer and brand new BBQ. The natural wood island and extendable dining table provide ample space to gather for family meals in the fully stocked and spacious kitchen.

This open-concept, renovated home comfortably sleeps six, with a brand new, full-size sofa bed in the living room. The primary bedroom boasts a queen size bed with a brand new, luxury mattress. The secondary bedroom features two, twin-size, trundle-style beds with ample storage for luggage. Grab a book to enjoy in the cozy reading-nook off the kitchen area.

A sunny, private, outdoor patio space features a lounge area and dining area, complete with a gourmet BBQ and shade umbrella. After a relaxing dinner & cold beverages on the patio, cool down in comfort with A/C in this cozy home.

Reliable cell service, wi-fi and Apple TV round out the comforts and conveniences you will find in this desirable lake house.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor patio area. Parking for two vehicles maximum is allocated in front of the home on the gravel between the white paint markings on the ground. Parking is parallel to the house. Parking is strictly enforced by Cultus Lake and vehicles not parked as per instructions are subject to a fine or may be towed.

This house has two stairs leading into the home but no stairs inside the home.

Our neighborhood is located at the Main Beach area of Cultus Lake Park. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood featuring public lake access within steps of the property. You will find the neighborhood peaceful, walkable, safe and secure, with friendly neighbors who care deeply for their property and community.

Other things to note:
We want to assure you that we are putting extra care and attention into our cleaning routines, making our home the safest for your stay. We have always maintained a high level of cleanliness, giving extra attention to disinfecting all touch points throughout the house.

Additionally, all linens, including throw blankets, decorative pillow covers and bath mats, are washed in hot water. Due to increased precautions and cleaning protocols, check out is 10am to allow for extra cleaning time.

Please be aware that our policies require guests to be at least 30 years old to make a reservation.

As per Cultus Lake bylaws, no hanging of towels, clothes or anything else on the fence around the property.

Recycling - all returnable beverage containers (wine bottles, cans, drink boxes, glass bottles, etc.) must be kept out of the main recycling bins. A marked blue recycling bin is on the patio for these items only.

The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the house respectfully tidy while taking care of the furniture & belongings inside. It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the house rules found in the House Manual onsite.

During this time we are not allowing any additional visitors to the house other than those staying overnight. Exceptions may be considered upon request.

The house is located in a residential neighborhood, please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours (10pm - 8am) are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care deeply about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our 'house rules' during your stay.

We host families, couples and visitors from around the world. We are a STRICT non-party property! We do not cater to any party groups whatsoever. This is a tranquil and quiet area and we wish to host guests who are low-key and respectful of our home and neighbors. If you are looking to party, then sadly, we are not the right fit. Any inclination of party like activity will reserve us the right to immediately terminate your stay.

Lake activities include swimming, paddling, canoeing, fishing, sailing and water-skiing. The marina near the property has canoe, boat and jet ski rentals. You can also enjoy walks or bike riding around the lake, or on nearby trails, geocaching and nature viewing.
