The unit was very nice. John was quick to answer questions and his instructions on codes and especially Location of the unit were very direct and helpful. The furniture was really comfy, the linens and bath towels were plush, the beds were very comfy too. The hand soap was a very nice brand.

We can’t give this enough stars! Truly the best place we have found. If you want a relaxing stay, and avoid the high rise resorts, this is your place. It has everything you need. Pristine and every detail carefully planned out. We loaded and unloaded in a flash. Steps away from beautiful sunsets and great restaurants and so many happy hours! Enjoy the cool morning marina vibe on the cozy patio in your own slice of paradise. You will love it!

This unit at Charter Landing was fantastic! The Host, John, was great to talk with and very accommodating. The unit was very clean, comfortable and modern. We recommend staying here to anyone looking to explore Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. FYI...Learned that John does dive trips also, so we will be back for that too!

Very nice place!
I would highly recommend this rental. We had a great stay. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated, really nice linens and towels. This is a very spacious condo. We loved the location. The owner is super nice. Will def consider returning if we revisit area in the future.

Beautiful Condo!
John was very accommodating with my family’s last minute change of travel plans! His condo is beautifully decorated and so VERY clean!! And the location can’t be beat! We will definitely be renting from him again!

Quick getaway
The condo was very nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained accommodation. The host was also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely love to stay there again.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with the swimming pool right outside the door. John was an excellent host. He responded quickly to any questions I had. He even provided suggestions as to where to eat. The condo was spotless and he provided all necessities needed for a comfortable stay. I recommend this host and property very highly.

Lovely condo! All furniture very comfortable and pretty! Everything very clean!
Great location, very roomy condo, immaculate, beds very comfortable. The condo had been recently remodeled and everything was new! John(owner) was great.. anything we needed a phone call away!
Condo was right near everything.. watched the boats come in … restaurants steps away!
Condo easily accessible.. handicap parking next to unit! Take a few steps.. in the condo!

Wonderful Top of the Line Condo!
We LOVED our 6 night stay at Charter Landing!
Everything in the just renovated unit was so comfortable - furniture, bedding stylish furniture & decor! Being on the canal with amazing boats & right beside restaurants was also a big plus! An easy walk to the beach plus the beautiful sunset views on the bay! The owners have thought of every detail & you will LOVE your stay also! We WILL be back to this unit! We really don’t want to say too many good things bc it will get booked up! This really is one of the very best condos in OB we have stayed in.

Best Spring Break - Perfect Location
We have stayed at Charter Landing before and couldn't wait to return. Charter Landing II was the BEST. John outdoes himself on cleanliness, easy access, his availability and the comfort of the condo. We have already told him to pencil us in for next year. The view right out the door is simply gorgeous. The pools are right there outside the door and unpacking right at the "back door" makes things so easy. My husband fished in the marina and across the road, we had the best meals out and everything needed if we wanted to cook. (hate we didn't use that air fryer) Boys played golf, Momma shopped, beach days, all the things. Perfection

The condo was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The location was perfect. We walked next door to San Roc Cay for some yummy pizza at Pizza on the Pass, and a wonderful dinner at Louisiana Lagniappe and it was nice getting to walk back to the condo just a few feet away. We also walked to the surf style and Alvin’s Island stores next door. John was so easy to work with and very responsive to messages. We had no issues during our stay and are so happy we chose this wonderful condo to spend a week!
