We were a family of 7 , 4 adults and 3 children . This was a 3 night family meet up in Tampa . Overall we were comfortable and would stay again . Reasonably priced and in a great location .

Stayed for the Youth Summit Cheer Competition with Granddaughter and Daughter-in-law. The house was as described. It was comfortable and clean - a nice haven at the end of a busy competition day. Linman was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.

Nice Place to Stay in a Convenient Location

My friends and I spent a weekend at this property. We enjoyed the pool area and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. The location was convenient for getting to places around Tampa.

Great Location! It was walking distance to so many great places. the pool was a comfortable temperature. Everything was clean. We have no complaints. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for letting us store our luggage early so we could explore before check in time! that was nice.

Great Location for events at Raymond James Stadium!

Very clean and well appointed home with a great location to the stadium, grocery, restaraunts, etc. We will definetly stay here again!

Tampa was conveniently located, close to the beaches and so much to do. Great pool, house very comfortable. Host responded to any questions promptly!

I agree with other reviewers that the listing accuracy was a bit off. In person the room finishes look rushed and poorly done and the furniture is worn and sparse. The seating in the living rooms is very limited so not good for a group to gather to watch a movie. The kitchen area is spacious and had all the basics if you plan on cooking but the upholstery on the dining chairs could definitely use a cleaning. The pool area is nice but the furniture could use a tightening and new cushions. Also be aware that the pool has a deep end, so if you have small kids it could be a concern. The location can’t be beat because you are close to everything but with that comes traffic noise and you can hear it all night. The beds were pretty comfortable and the linens were very soft. Overall it was a good stay but a few tweaks would really make this rental better.

We had a great time- loved the property! Could have been a little cleaner in the bathrooms but overall we had a great experience and will stay again if we’re ever in the area!

Spring Training Couples trip

Great place--pool and screened patio were spectacular, interior was nicely outfitted with full kitchen, nice sized bedrooms and nice reclining couch. Great location close to restaurants and central to ballparks. We can't wait for our next trip to Tampa and your rental home!

Awesome house with more room that what we were expecting, it was very clean & well stocked with essentials! The pool was great, the kids favorite! The location was perfect close to downtown, beaches, the base, & theres a Wawa at corner! Overall a great place to stay!!

Beautiful home!

The home is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. I was in Tampa for a work conference and the commute was less than 15 min! Beaches are close, as are restaurants. I hope this home is available when I go back next year!

Made for a great time and memories with my family.

Everything was perfect. The only thing there was not any coffee. Other than that my family and I loved our stay. We had a great time.

Nice cozy home

I Love the home in an enjoyable , nice neighborhood located in the city . Shops are so convenient and closer to fun things to do,as well as a nice , fantastic pool backyard where you can swim and relax . On my next trip ,I will stay there again. 😊

The pictures did not accurately represent the home quality overall. While the home had ten ratings I would say more an eight maximum. It was clean, linnins were good quality.

Mostly good

Coffee filter mold, no coffee grounds, no hand towels, pool was not heated and pool lights wouldn’t work. Beds were comfortable, great location near cruise terminal, and fair price.

Our week in tampa

Overall this is a good property. We were diappointed with some of the finishings. Cracks in the tile in one bathroom along with some mold. The yard was not well kept and all the furniture felt kind of cheap. But the location is great to anything you want. The pool was nice abd relaxing.

Family Member Had Surgery In Tampa

The house furniture is a little out dated. No tv in middle room. Couldn’t get tv to fully work in the living room. We came for a short visit. We did not spend much time there. Overall the place is clean, very nice, roomie, every amenities you can think of it had it, quiet & safe neighborhood. Would we stay again yes.
