The place was clean and well stocked. We used the hot tub each evening, and had the whole pool/hot tub area to ourselves. The walking trail was adjacent to the property, and a great place for a run or walk.

Really enjoyed my stay. The place is terrific! Master shower is a bit small, but otherwise no issues!

Thank you for the stay. Cannot do much with shower as it is a single standup. No room to expand without taking out the sink. Glad all else was great.

Very good overall and very close to all amenities. Local gym very good and inexpensive too. Excellent pizza 5 min away at Elevation Pizza.

Great location in Fraser. The condo had everything we needed. Very cozy and quiet. We enjoyed the Fraser River trail just steps from the condo and hiked in the snow on a beautiful sunny day.

Great long weekend getaway

This property was perfect! We had to pick up our daughter from working the season and this was the perfect place. Clean, and close to everything needed.

Great location & amazing deal

We loved staying here for our winter park ski trip. The place had everything we need & was clean and fresh. Kevin was helpful with multiple questions beforehand & I would stay here again

Great spot!

Nice open apartment, comfortable beds, very accommodating. Only downer was no hot tub looks like it had been closed for a while possibly only a seasonal thing. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay!

We loved our stay at Kevin’s place! It was just as described & the views beautiful! It was the perfect place for our 10 day vacation. Kevin was very responsive to messages & questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place. Had everything we needed. We’re out enjoying nature in grand County most of the time. But we did make a delicious breakfast there. Also did deck was a great place to enjoy a cool breeze and morning coffee and evening drink

Modern and clean condo with all the amenities

Great location, just minutes from Winter Park Resort and the lake communities of Granby and Grand Lake. The condo was clean, and the amenities were great. Communication with the property manager was fast and easy, and all our questions were answered. Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay near Winter Park

Our family had a great stay. The condo was recently renovated and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and plenty of spices and condiments for those interested in home cooking. It is located about 10 minutes from the Winter Park Resorts and close to restaurants and grocery shopping. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes away (walking). We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice newly remodeled!

Very nice place to stay! No problems. Newly remodeled. Bed was very comfortable and nice new remodel of everything! Owner was very nice!

Great location!

The condo has everything you will need for a Colorado getaway. It has an awesome balcony view of the resort. It's a short walk/drive to stores, restaurants, and Winter Park resort. Kevin was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked with extra blankets and towels. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo is what you want! Quiet, clean and comfortable. We've stayed at it three weekends and each time we like it more. Kevin is beyond friendly and responsive!!

Winter Park Lodge II, Fraser Stay was Great!

We had a lovely stay at Kevin's place in Fraser (Winter Park Lodge II). I appreciated every aspect of our stay - the condo was just as it was described and pictured, the location was great (easy access to Fraser and Winter Park) and the weather cooperated.....My family loved our stay-cation and will probably book Kevin's condo again; thanks Kevin!!!
