We had a great time at this house. We had a group of 15 and it was plenty of room for us. The walk to the beach was only 4 or 5 minutes. The top deck was very nice and had a grill for us. Would definitely recommend.

This was one of the best vacation homes that I’ve stayed in. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you could think of. I will most definitely be booking this location again. The best part was the response time from the owners. The location was perfect.

Perfect Stay

My group and I had a blast at this property! The house was in perfect condition when we arrived and communication with the hosts was so quick and easy! Only a 5 min walk to the beach and super close to fun bars and restaurants! Definitely recommend and would 100% stay again!

The home is beautiful and over exceeded our expectations. The home was thoroughly clean. I appreciate the extra effort the host to make sure there were little gestures to make us feel welcome such as to go coffee cups, beach accessories and etc. They also respond immediately if you have a question! Superb

Nice, new, well maintained property

Great house for a large party who is there for a great beach vacation. Owner communicated well and it was an enjoyable experience from booking to checkout. Would rent from owner again.

Perfect 4th

This property was perfect location to the beach, stores, attractions. We had plenty of room for our group of adults, teens and babies. We loved seeing the beautiful turquoise gulf waters. The sunsets did not disappoint at all.

Amazing

Will definitely recommend this house for your trip to Panama city beach, the house is newly built, very spacious, beautiful, in a really good location and very close to the beach. The house is equipped with all the stuff u might need. Will definitely be staying here again if I come back.

Norris Family Vaca

The property was everything we hoped it would be. Very spacious, large kitchen, very comfortable beds. Having the upstairs deck was such a bonus. It’s location was so convenient to stores and restaurants. Our family really enjoyed it. We will definitely use this place again. From check in to check out it was perfect. This property was exactly at listed plus more. Check-in was a breeze and prior to our arrival, the property manager sent us all info about property and location that was extremely useful. Property manager promptly answered all questions I had.

Good location and beautiful home

The location was great - close to the beach and walking distance to souvenir shops, convenience store and restaurants! The kids loved the third floor game room and spent most of their time there. We grilled out a few nights on the deck upstairs and enjoyed every minute. Everything you could think of was provided at the house as well such as a cooler and chairs for a day at the beach. It was nice not having to bring so much stuff from home! Will definitely recommend this place for multiple families.

Magnificent Stay

Our Family Vacation was beyond awesome. Franklin our awesome host went above the call and relieved some anxieties my mother was having before the trip. The location was perfect for relaxing and beach fun for the kids. The house was very clean, organized, came with all amenities and a complimentary bottle of adult beverage( much needed at the end of the day). Enough space for everyone. An extra plus was the beach chairs and accessories that came in handy. Thank you Franklin.

Just WOW!!!

First and foremost, Franklin & Susan are awesome hosts! They were very quick to respond to every and any question we had. Franklin even gave us some great suggestions on places to eat! Now, the place is absolutely beautiful. It was so clean and welcoming when we walked in. The space is perfect for a big group of friends or even 3 separate families (kids on top floor, parents in the 3 king bedrooms.) Each room area has its own TV, which is wonderful. The kitchen area is awesome to cook in and there is room to for everyone to sit and eat. The top floor has the most beautiful views! Plus, the top floor is just one big game room...which is great for the kids even adults looking to have a little fun. And the best part- the place is no more than a 4 minute walk to the beach. Honestly, it's in walking distance to so many places. Super convenient and great area! You will NOT be disappointed with your stay here...You will love it!!!!
