This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome is 3 stories & is located right across the street from the beach. It has room for everyone and is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation!

We have two side by side units which would make a perfect accommodation for a large group or family! Other listing ID is 1358900

The living room features plenty of seating space with a flat-screen TV and a gorgeous view of the Gulf from the balcony. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and seating for four at the bar. The dining room has seating for eight at the table. The master bedroom is on the third floor and features a king sized bed with a private bathroom. The first guest bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king bed with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The second bedroom is located on the third floor and features a king bed with a private balcony to take in the sight of the emerald green waters. Family Vacation

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The place surpassed our expectations. It was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the short walk across the street to the beach and less hectic paced community. We would definitely stay there again! The only suggestion I would have is to additional seating to the den like a recliner or loveseat.

Disappointing experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the house layout and location was great, it left a lot to be desired. The beds all around were a major complaint within our group. Upon arriving we found that the house had an ant problem which led to us finding it difficult to keep food or even cook without ants getting into everything. The freezer on the fridge did not work and neither ice machine worked. The beds in the bunk beds are some of the thinnest “mattresses” and were only supported by 2-3 slats each, making them Impossible for even a child to sleep on comfortably or even safely. The couch downstairs was so bad that we had to purchase air mattresses for anyone to be able to sleep in that room.

Great location

The stay was great it was clean had plenty of room. The property mgr was great check in and out was easy. Great views close to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Great location would definite stay again.

Great for multiple couples

Our family has several married couples who all got a king sized bed. The downstairs suite provides a private space with queen pullout and small kitchen which worked out perfectly for our family. The large open living space was awesome- complete with a beautiful view of the gulf. We had a GREAT stay!

Great Rental! Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 12 guests in our rental. 8 adults and 4 children. This rental was great! I would recommend for big families or split between friend groups. I think the only thing I would change is the downstairs would have a day bed with a trundle pullout instead of a pull out couch. The 2 adults that stayed down there said that bed was not very comfortable. Nothing that would keep us from renting again though. Great private access to the beach. It was close enough to town to do any touristy things you want but still far enough away to make you feel secluded which is a must for us! Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend!

Overall the place was great location, beach not crowded. Kitchen supplies not adequate.

Mold visible in 1 shower and back porch. We did reach out to management before posting a review to be fair. But we received a generic response. We will book again. Just want other to be prepared when booking .

Great House and Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our group. We had one issue with sewage smell on bottom level. I reported on Sunday and they finally came to fix on Friday late afternoon so it was not as pleasant for my daughter and her family who stayed on the bottom level. Still waiting to hear back from blueswell. Other than this issue and really firm beds, everything was great. We may consider staying here again.

Hose not clean properly

House was beautiful and in a great Location and neighborhood. Only bad thing I have to say is the house was not that clean at check in. You can definitely tell the house was half fast cleaned. Me and my Family had to do a deep clean before we took our stuff in. We did like the quick response when we had a question. Overall I give it three stars because of The dirtiness at check-in.

Amazing Family Vacation - July 2021!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two families, each with kids ages ranging from 6 to 17 years old. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Second and third floor balconies are spacious. Very convenient location. Simply walk right across the street and you're at a beautiful beach! We've stayed at several very nice high rise condos down the street over the years and enjoyed those stays. But this was much better in that there are less people and there is plenty of room to spread out on the beach. You're not going to be right on top of other people like you would be at the high rise beach areas. We brought our chairs and umbrellas but you can also rent items too. I forget if it's through the manager or otherwise, but it's an option.All of the bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had lots of room to relax all over the house. Large master bed and bath with large balcony on top floor. The kitchen and living room area are perfectly set up for families to enjoy time together in the evenings or to have breakfast together, play games, etc. There is a hose and shower right next to the front door to wash the sand off before entering. The garage opens from the inside and we kept our beach gear there without worrying about getting the house dirty. Short drive to shopping and restaurants, Pier Park, etc.Coffee maker malfunctioned first day and they replaced it right away the same day. The only thing I would change is that the washer/dryer need to be replaced soon, as they are pretty worn down from lots of use.This was our favorite PCB/Destin stay ever and we definitely recommend this to others. We will hopefully be back!
