Great stay & great location...Couch may need to be updated in the coming years & the kids say the bunks were a little uncomfortable but other than that everything else was great...

Great location! Non crowded beach! House pros: spacious, elevator, and great location. House Cons: rips/stains on living room couch, stains on dining room chairs, paint chipped cabinets in kitchen, all mattresses are hard and uncomfortable, stained carpet in bedrooms, loud & outdated stack washer/dryer, door locks are extremely hard to turn on balcony/porch doors, sagging blinds & some didn’t work, and the bunk beds on the 1st floor with 100 pound weight limit were pointless (odd location because what parents would allow small children to stay on the 1st floor alone…should be in the open space on the 3rd floor and put 2 double beds on the 1st floor). This house has so much potential, but definitely needs to be updated. All the stains and carpet creeped me out. The house was clean, but the stains, rips, and carpet made it feel so dirty. We literally put blankets over the couch and towels over the dinning room chairs. We will definitely stay in the same area next year, but not in this house.

Great location

The stay was great it was clean had plenty of room. The property mgr was great check in and out was easy. Great views close to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Great location would definite stay again.

Great place

This property is just right for a family. Plenty of room and the location is the best. Right across from beach and beach is not crowded at all! Second time staying here and will definitely stay again.

Honestly we enjoyed the stay we are not picky people it's pretty far down from the main attractions but the beach was beautiful an clean that was a big thing we drove down a bit to the beach an it was really dirty down their by the pier but the property alone just needed some updates an will we be back 50/50 chance

The beach access and area was great! The home furnishings could have been upgraded. The bed was very uncomfortable and the couch had a tear in the cushion. The home was beautiful and overall stay was really good and relaxing.

Nice Place Great Location

The location of this property is wonderful and the views are spectacular. The house was clean although the kitchen could use some more items and there were a few minor things that could be fixed.

Beach Getaway

After a long year with Covid, this was a well needed beach getaway. This property offered great views and was able to accommodate my whole family. I would definably recommend!!!

Loved the location. The bunks are for anyone under 100lbs but not good mattresses on them.

Family Vacation

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The place surpassed our expectations. It was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the short walk across the street to the beach and less hectic paced community. We would definitely stay there again! The only suggestion I would have is to additional seating to the den like a recliner or loveseat.

Great for multiple couples

Our family has several married couples who all got a king sized bed. The downstairs suite provides a private space with queen pullout and small kitchen which worked out perfectly for our family. The large open living space was awesome- complete with a beautiful view of the gulf. We had a GREAT stay!
