Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to note that we did not receive any communication from you during your stay regarding the cleanliness concerns, ceiling fans, or pest issues. Had we been made aware, our team would have responded promptly to inspect and address these matters right away, as guest comfort is always our priority. The property is disclosed in the listing to be a townhome, and we encourage guests to review all property details carefully to ensure the home is the right fit for their needs. We appreciate your feedback and will review these concerns with our team as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve the guest experience. -Life in Paradise Team

Thank you so much for this heartfelt review — it truly made our day! Knowing your family enjoyed your stay in Port Aransas fills our hearts with joy. We're so glad the location worked beautifully for you, with restaurants just a short walk away and the beach only a quick drive. That easy, walkable setting is one of the things we treasure most about this spot. And the bunk room being a hit with the grandkids? That's exactly the kind of memory we dream of helping families create — those little moments are what make a getaway truly special. We're thrilled the upgraded finishes shone just as brightly in person as they did in the photos, because pouring care into every detail is our way of welcoming you home. Your high recommendation, and your plan to return, are the greatest gifts we could ask for. It would be an absolute joy to welcome your whole family back to Life in Paradise — see you next time! -Life in Paradise Team
