Welcome to your home away from home. Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom lake house with tons of additional sleeping options. Sleeps up to 14 (full size futons hold 1-2 people depending on their size)!

Spend your days swimming in the lake, fishing off the floating dock, try your hand at kayaking, paddle boarding or just relax on the swim platform or floating pad. Hard sandy lake bottom, great for swimming. Water level fluctuates significantly throughout the spring and summer. Kids and adults alike will enjoy a fully stocked game room with pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, dart board, smart tv, heat and air conditioning.

Experience fantastic sunset views over the lake from all levels of the house and attached deck. Roast marshmallows, unwind and tell your scary stories by the campfire.

In the winter sit around the gas fireplace and sip hot cocoa after a day of ice fishing, ice-skating, cross-country skiing, or enjoying local snowmobile trails.

Other perks of the house include: screened in porch overlooking the lake, sun room with sleeping options ability to close doors for privacy also overlooking the lake, central air, gas grill, deck with patio furniture, open concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV in the living rooms and bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, boat dock, some adult size life jackets provided, off a tar road with plenty of parking, washer and dryer available detergent not provided, clean lake with walleye, large and small mouth bass, crappies and bluegills. Boat, pontoon and jetski rentals can be delivered directly to the dock from a local charter company pending availability.

Awesome place

We had 4 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was stocked with everything you could need. We will definitely come back.

Lovely, just lovely!!

A comfortable home on a beautiful peaceful lake. The views are stunning, the neighborhood is friendly but quiet. Our group if 6 enjoyed spending evenings together enjoying all the property has to offer and during the day ventured out to enjoy the quaint and curious attractions in the area.

Family time

Cabin was super clean. Beds were very comfy. Area was quiet and inviting. Kids loved the swimming and all the water toys. Fishing wasn’t the best but that’s always a gamble.

Relaxing Getaway

Very comfortable home with a beautiful view of the lake as well as direct lake access. We loved the large three season porch and also the lower level screened porch. Bed was very comfortable, quiet area, and just what we needed to unwind. Kitchen was well appointed and the large smart tv was nice for those rainy days. We loved exploring the local small towns and St. Cloud was an easy drive for a day of shopping. Very fun getaway and we will definitely be back!

Fun fishing trip.

The ice wasn’t perfect during our stay, but the cabin was nice. Clean, plenty of sleeping space and lots of games in the garage. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Great property

Very comfortable home and property with plenty of places for everyone to lounge indoors and out. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful sunsets. My kids loved the game room and had a great time swimming by the dock and using the lily pad. Check in was a breeze and owners were very friendly when communicating. Would stay again!

Perfect

We had 5 adults and 4 kids. Place was clean and amenities were well thought out. From pre bagged bedding for the futons to marshmallow roasting sticks, they thought of everything to make the place great. Beautiful lake, beautiful place. Host is a rockstar, I had multi questions and they responded very fast each time. Highly recommend!!!

Fun family getaway

We were definitely in our “happy place” staying at this cabin with our family. (10 adults and four grandchildren) We enjoyed swimming, fishing, kayaking, campfires, and the game room! Our grandson caught his very first fish (Northern) off the new dock! Nice tar road is great for walks and bike rides. The hosts were super friendly, very easy to work with, and had quick responses to any inquiries we had! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Lake House

When I booked this house it was a new listing and didn't have any reviews, but the pics looked good so I took a chance. I'm so glad I did!!! I have stayed at quite a few properties and this was by far my favorite. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities plus more. Beds were good. There is tons of extra place for guests to sleep besides the 2 bedrooms, including plenty of blankets and pillows. The lake has one of the nicest sandy bottoms I have seen. Lots of fish caught right off the dock as well in the boat we brought. Screen porch was nice when the bugs got to be too much. Game room was so much fun for the teens and adults. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay

Big Swan Lake Family Stay

We had a great time on this property. It is fantastically laid out for a family. There is a flat patch of grass between the house and "game room" (basically a garage filled with toys) that was used a lot. The driveway is also protected so that we could play games there. We used the game room whenever we needed a break from the water and it was amazing how many things there was to do. The kitchen is small but very adequate as we cooked each meal during our stay. The porches were so fun at night to remain outside but safe from the mosquitos. We used the firepit and it allowed us to see that lake and some amazing sunsets the entire time (you can purchase wood from the homeowners if you need it). We got a ton of use out of the paddleboards, kayaks, and swimming platform. We even caught a few fish right off the dock. There were amazing birds all over and fish jumping constantly. It was a super quiet place and it felt like we were the only ones there. We want to come back for sure and our kids are mad at us for not staying longer. We made some great memories. The few times we needed to head into town took us about 15 minutes each way (Walmart not too far away and a Runnings next door to it). A top notch get away and it was so quiet and nice.

Would recommend

Very well appointed property. We enjoyed everything about the property, but have a few suggestions. First of all heads up to property owner, your well pump may be going out. I slept in the basement bedroom that was amazing and comfy but the well pump is in one of the closests and after composes the bathroom, it goes off and on constantly for quite awhile like off for one second on for one second and do one for a few minutes which was sleep disrupting. And also there was a very sewer smell that emitted often in the yard through the stay making yard games a little less enjoyable. The house itself smelled clean and nice. Game room a little musty upon arrival but aired out quickly and wasn’t an issue after that. Last two suggestions are for your dock; maybe put some orange tape lining the uneven spots near the shore; we were careful with walking that area. Also a rope to tie kayaks and paddle boards to the rocks or to a hook on that retaining wall would be awesome! Putting the water toys up and down off the wall was challenging to navigate. That being said I was do happy to use them and saved us a ton of packing. Overall everything was incredibly clean, all amenities in great shape and really comfy beds and bedding including the roll outs. I would recommend this place to others for sure.

Fantastic Stay on Big Swan

My wife and I stayed at the cabin on Big Swan and our adult kids stopped by. The property was very clean and as described. We brought our boat and loved the time on the lake. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful. The game room was a huge hit. Would stay again and recommend this property! Thank you!

MN Summertime!!!

This place was perfect for our family & friends weekend (kids from infants to 12 yrs & 4 adults)! We have stayed many place & never had such a soft sand beach/lake bottom without weeds! The game garage was a blast & entertained the adults and big kids. The swimming raft, floating mat, and kayaks kept us on the water too! We brought our boat and chose to beach it since the bottom is all sand, as we are a bit particular ;) Overall the place is very well cared for & supplied with all we needed. The hosts were fantastic at communicating when we needed.
