Come home to a dynamic space located on a corner lot in the Pine Hills region of Albany. The front patio, equipped with seating, offers a spacious area for relaxing.

Upon entering the home, you'll find a tastefully decorated living room with cozy furniture, artwork, and a 50-inch smart TV. The house consists of 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:

-Room 1: Located on the first floor, this room has a king-sized bed and a full bathroom.
- Room 2: Located on the second floor, this room also features a king-sized bed.
- Room 3:This room on the second floor includes a queen-sized bed.
- Room 4:Another second-floor room with a queen-sized bed.
- Room 5: A kid’s room with a full and twin bunk bed and a variety of toys to keep the little ones entertained.

Each bedroom door is equipped with a deadbolt lock for your safety. Enjoy Smart TVs in every bedroom, compatible with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and other popular streaming platforms. There is also a full bathroom on the second floor.

The kitchen features updated appliances, and during your stay at Cozy Quarters, you'll have access to a secured fenced backyard with seating and a BBQ grill, accessible through the kitchen door. The home is protected by ADT to guarantee the safety of our guests.

Albany Convention Vacation

We found the home very clean and comfortable. The rooms are just right for a family or friends and close to all down town activities.

The property was perfect for our needs - Four women playing in a tennis tournament. The house was very clean and well appointed. The driveway allowed for three cars, which was a huge plus for us. We would definitely stay again.

Great house for a family vacation

Our trip to Albany included parents, grandparents, young kids, and a toddler. The house is well- laid out and looks recently updated. There are toys for young kids, plenty of kitchenware, linens, and towels. The beds are comfortable and the hot water stayed hot. Very good vacation spot.

Perfect location

We had a large group in town to see a concert. The house provided everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms and nice backyard to hang during the day. Only a 10 minute drive to MVP arena.

It was clean, updated and safe.

This residence was fine for my family of six to stay for two nights. It is updated and clean… No bells and whistles but that’s perfectly ok with me.

I didn’t know that this was a section 8 house. Floors under couch and beds dirty as ever, never cleaned. All towel holders as well as toilet paper holders falling off and loose, hot water in downstairs bathroom cool at start and slowly cools down as you take a shower. Air conditioners still in windows in the dead of winter, neat doesn’t keep up so house is cold. Kitchen sink faucet barely on loose. Bed pillows are flat, holes in ceilings, house is a dump.

Very comfortable/good location

We spent a week at this home. It met our needs and more. It’s very comfortable with several bedrooms, each with a wall mounted TV. The beds were comfortable and had good bedding. Could easily log into Netflix or any other streaming app we needed. WiFi was good. Really nothing to complain about. We had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant.

Quick visit while touring SUNY at Albany

The home was nice. Not knowing about the area, the neighborhood was not fully what we were expecting. The alarm system was a nice feature to have. One bedroom (the bunk bed room) does not have a separate a/c unit in the window like the other bedrooms, making it a bit on the warm side. Laundry was nice, beds were comfortable, backyard was cute and inviting, off street parking was a plus! Any questions I had were answered quickly. Would stay again when son is attending college.

Clean and good responsiveness

We arrived exhausted and discovered that the code provided for the lockbox didn't work so we couldn't get in. We were calling area hotels but then luckily the owner called back with an alternate method to get in. The house was clean and comfortable, but located on a busy corner. There was quite a bit of loud pedestrian traffic (including a loud neighborhood fight between two groups) that woke us a number of times, and the household security system kept beeping. Again the owners provided a solution to solve the problem of the beeping system. So my review is mixed. The owners did a nice job of responding to and solving our issues, and provided a clean place for us to sleep, but the location was louder and more congested than we anticipated.
