The house is in a great location, tucked away but still access to nice restaurants and activities. It’s a very large space with giant bedrooms which was perfect for our group. The back balcony was nice to sit on and relax when the weather was cooler.

Neat and clean, ample space, beautiful big bedrooms. Set in a quiet dead end neighborhood. Everything we needed - very close to Albany. Highly recommended.

Large rooms and comfortable beds. Location made it easy to get to campus and downtown. Nice selection of kids toys and games, if you have children with you.

The house is very large and spacious with a ton of potential, but it needs a deep cleaning and some TLC.Our biggest issue was cleanliness. The floors looked okay at first glance, but after walking around in white socks, the bottoms were nearly black. They appear to be swept and lightly mopped, but the embedded dirt needs a true deep cleaning. The couches also had a funky/sour smell that made us uncomfortable spending much time on them. The beds were okay.The living room is huge, but the TV is way too small for the room and viewing distance. A 65-inch TV or larger would make a big difference.The outdoor space has great potential, especially the creek behind the house, but the stairs and creek access were essentially blocked by overgrown vegetation. The yard needs TLC as well. The rear deck is labeled as a BBQ area, but it was dirty, covered in leaves, and we couldn't find a grill.Communication through VRBO was delayed, although the owner said he was having app issues. To his credit, once connected, he was receptive, apologized, asked for pictures, and offered us a later checkout.Overall, the size, setting and creek give this property the potential to be one of the top VRBOs in the area. A deep cleaning, yard work, maintenance and a few upgrades could make a huge difference.

To clarify for future guests: our floors are deep-cleaned between stays, though heavy autumn leaves track in remarkably fast this time of year. The couch smell was brand-new factory upholstery, which has since aired out. For outdoor cooking, our designated BBQ space is near the front/driveway side rather than the rear deck, and we are updating our house manual to make the shed-stored grill and creek path clearer despite seasonal vegetation on adjacent state land. Lastly, you’re spot-on about the living room scale—a 65" TV is already on our upgrade list.

My girlfriends and l had a wonderful weekend here and we loved all the space and that we each had our own Bedroom. Beds were comfortable. 2 bathrooms was ideal! It’s a perfect location for us all to meet. We would definitely stay again!
