Welcome to Navarre Island’s most private beach retreat—a true oasis just a short walk to the Beach. Spend your days on sugar white sand and only a few minutes away from a private heated swimming pool, with a huge fenced private backyard, and a spacious outdoor hangout area built for memory‑making: hammocks for naps, a big-screen TV for game night, music by the pool, grilling, and a large firepit for late‑night s’mores.

Inside, the home is bright, modern, and suited for families and groups. You’ll find a fully stocked kitchen (including both a Keurig and a 12‑cup drip coffee maker), a comfortable living space with a large Smart TV, and plenty of seating for meals and together time. With 4 bedrooms and room for everyone, it’s the perfect setup for beach weeks, friend getaways, or multi‑family trips.

The hosts are so helpful and accommodating. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We did a family trip with 7 adults and our dogs and it was perfect. The backyard is perfect for grilling and watching football. The beach is walkable which we did several times. I highly recommend this property.

This property was simply amazing. We had the best time and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of it from the cleanliness of the property, the roominess, and the backyard by far was the most spectacular I've ever seen. It was so relaxing and I cannot say again how absolutely beautiful the property was overall Our friends stayed with us and are now planning to return to rent the property with their own family because they enjoyed it so much as well. I'd absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Perfect for our family!! We loved the backyard with all of the activities!! Plus Every essential you need is at the house and we loved that!! Lots of kid friendly toys, books, floats, beach toys and beach chairs!! We will definitely stay here again!!

The place is great! Clean also! I only found one down side the upstairs shower was small. The pool area was fantastic! We didn’t spend hardly any time in the house except to sleep Next time we will plan for 2 weeks!!

Hosts were fantastic and this is a great little getaway. The instructions are all very clear and they have thought of everything.The backyard area cannot be beat and we thoroughly enjoyed our family campfireMy all my kids loved the pool and my teens rode the bikes. They have so many toys and it's also so beautifully organizedThank you for a great getaway during a lacrosse tournament:)

We had a large family vacation and this was perfect for us. The pool area sold us on the home and was just wonderful for hanging out and gathering for grilling, swimming, and evening conversations around the fire pit. There were so many options to sit and be comfortable. We were very impressed with how stocked this property was with everything we wanted and needed for pool and beach fun. The hosts responded quickly to questions. We had a minor pool maintenance that we needed addressed and they sent someone right away. The pool guy told us he does a lot of pool maintenance and that the back yard on this property is the best in the area! We agree. The beach is definitely in walking distance, but we did get a golf cart and we would recommend that as well for ease of getting back and forth. Wonderful property and great experience!

What a great place to stay for our family of 5 and pup! It was such a comfortable getaway for Spring Break and despite the chill and wind, a day never went by that we weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful beach and gorgeous backyard! Communication was easy and responses were quick. Hope to come back in the future

We had a small wedding reception here, and the atmosphere was perfect! The backyard alone is worth the price tag, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away.The house was spotless and had everything we needed, including toiletries. The kitchen was functional, and the garage was stocked with fun yard games and beach toys and equipment.And upon entering the host even left us a congrats card and a nice wedding gift.I highly recommend this property!

Amazing backyard! Hosts were responsive and the house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the location as well- Navarre Beach is quieter than Pensacola, but the house is just a short walk to the beach and about 25 min drive to Pensacola.

This house and backyard was exactly as advertised. We had an awesome time swimming in the heated pool and so many special added touches that made it feel like home. Every part of the house was so clean and the kitchen had every utensil , pan, appliance you could possibly need.We had a fantastic experience. The beach was a short walk , but we were able to pack the car with umbrellas and chairs( available at the house). The beach is not crowded and beautiful. Our family hopes to return next year. The hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating and reached out to make sure that all was going smoothly. It was great!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property. Its close to the beach, beautifully decorated, very clean, the pool area is just fabulous. The home owners are great and they have put alot of thought into making their property a perfect stay! Down to the smallest details you feel like your home. I couldnt recommend this property enough!

My husband and I came down for our anniversary and had a wonderful time! The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and has everything you can possibly need. The pool and backyard are to die for! The owners were amazing and thoughtful too. We will for sure be nack!

What an incredible experience! I almost don’t want to leave a review because I’d love to keep it all to myself, but the hosts are too gracious not to commend!! This is the kind of place you never want to leave with hosts who go above and beyond. Lovely place, even lovelier people! We plan on returning year after year now that we’ve found it.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The main reason we love Navarre Beach is that it is gorgeous and totally peaceful as if few have found it yet. Visit any other beach like this and you will see crowds of people and finding a seashell is nearly impossible. At Navarre Beach you walk down most anywhere and start walking west and quickly fill up a shell bag with seashells and other rare treasures. The sunrises and sunsets are absolutely stunning.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

There are no properties here with a Private backyard except for ours. We built this backyard with a large sand berm around the outside with the primary goal of limiting the visibility into the backyard as much as possible, as well as protecting it from wind and salt spray yet still feel the ocean breeze and hearing the waves crashing. It truly is a private oasis with beautiful landscaping that provides a natural habitat to butterflies and birds.
